Description of the organisation with business, management and staff along with site layout
TYWA engineering and construction private limited primarily focuses on engineering and the
construction projects which includes designing, developing as well as supervising various
infrastructure projects. The company started its operation 12 years back and its primary focus or
the principle activity is installation of the fire protection as well as security alarm system along
with electric works as the secondary activity (Sgpbusiness, 2025).
As per the data published by the Workforce development index of 2019 the company has about
30 employees (Bca, 2025). In context to management structure the company has a strong
operational board with a software system with board of directors and project managers as well as

Part 4: Meeting of the learning outcome
Learning outcome 1
The objective of the project has been laid on the introduction of the special equipment for
developing the income level and reducing the cost of the company in its construction project.
14
Besides that the other objective sheds light on implementation of the identified special
equipment for effective utilisation in TYWA engineering and construction private limited.
In order to deploy the special equipment requires intervention of various people associated with
the project and based on the open communication has been laid through proper channels. Besides
that budget is stated to be one of the core agenda of the project based on which the project plan is
developed (Ammar, Abdel-Monem and El-Dash, 2023). Accordingly, value proportion
budgeting techniques are going to be incorporated for project development.
Learning outcome 2
The present project of introducing the special equipment for the reduction of cost and
enhancement of income for TYWA engineering and construction private limited is not easy to
incorporate but strategic decisions with effective coordination of the directors and the project
managers have laid the success.
Learning outcome 3
In the project integration of special equipment throughout the company in various places within
Singapore has provoked various issues or difficulties. The primary issues of such a change
management project can give rise to budget constraints, human resources issues and other sorts
of issues associated with project planning. Through effective management and coordination can
readily lower the risk and enable the business to integrate a sustainable solution to the project
deliveries (Nunes, Abreu and Saraiva, 2021). Based on that, I have integrated sustainable
methods and promoted possible outcomes to favour the project which laid me to be more
susceptible towards project success.
Learning outcome 4
In any project problem mapping is stated to be the technique which can readily provide support
to analyse and engage with the solution to the risk associated with the project (Lönngren and Van
Poeck, 2021). Accordingly, I have developed a plan with effective engagement with problem
mapping for better redressal of the issues which can originate with the project. Besides that, gap
analysis has been done on each project's perspectives for better integration of results. Apart from
that, ISO procedure illustrates the standardised practices as well as the process that organizations
follow for meeting the requirements (Olaniyi et al., 2024). In the present project of TYWA
engineering and construction private limited, a detailed notation of the ISO procedure has been
followed for better integration of resources.
15
Part 5: Reflection
Description
I understood the various factors and aspects associated with the leader's role within the project.
The project has provided me with utmost knowledge on Deming where the correlation of
continuous improvement is aligned with the perspectives of lean manufacturing as well as health
and safety. As stated by Naeemah and Wong (2022), lean can have a major impact on the
probable progressive health and safety progression. This has authenticated me to be more
understandable with lean manufacturing processes. Besides that, the project has been developed
maintaining the code and philosophy of lean management and with utmost consistency.
Feelings
The project is associated with the change management plan and it has provided me with ample
understanding and feelings of high confidence with new understanding of the resources and
leadership role. At the beginning of the project I was a bit nervous but gradually the intervention
of the peers and the maintenance of the consistency has helped me to gain success in the project.
Another strong feeling which I gained from this project is to learn a new format of improving
things. This has laid me to understand the projection and the possible ways to motivate teams
within the project.
Evaluation
The feasibility range of the project has been observed to be medium which has provided me to to
be more coordinated in nature. I have maintained consistency in the development of the project.
This project has laid me to integrate new sources of resources and various required perspectives
associated with the project goal.
Analysis
From the project of TYWA engineering and construction private limited I came to understand
the basic fundamentals of teamwork and encouragement of improving things through driving of
peers. This has been the satisfactory agenda of the project which I learned in detail. The project
associated with special equipment integration within TYWA engineering and construction
private limited has laid me to gain a sustainable knowledge regarding change management.
Conclusion
Thus, as a whole it can be clearly stated that I fetched the knowledge of ethics and philosophy
with consistency with new segments such as Deming which was unknown to me. The project of
16
change which has been incorporated within TYWA engineering and construction private limited
has illustrated my own capability to maintain team coordination and provisional engagement
with the team for better opportunity and growth.
