Windows Explorer is ‘a better tool for copying and moving files and managing your folders. 2.1_ The File System Microsoft Windows has a very efficient file management system that allows you to keep your computer organized. The smallest component of this system is file. Note : File is defined as “A collection of related data stored into one group on a disk." | The files are kept in a folder. A folder is similar to a drawer in which you keep all files. Note : A folder is defined as ‘A collection of files and subfolders organized by the user’ in folders or subfolders, and subfolders belong in folder.
