History
Where we started
ACCORD was founded in 1997 as a fine furniture factory in the
countryside of southern Brazil, from the dream of three brothers
working together with the legacy of the family: carpentry. In the early
2000s we were already recognized for the quality of our products and
services, but as restless minds, we decided to look for something new.
In 2005, we translated all our know-how to harmonize wood with light,
thus resulting in ACCORD Lighting.

Where we are
Over the years and as a result of our hard work, we have become one of
the most respected Brazilian companies in the industry of decorative
lighting. Our lamps are used in the most relevant interior design projects
and decoration events in the country, as well as in scenarios of the main
Brazilian television networks. We have in our customer portfolio the best
specialized lighting and decoration retailers of Brazil and our lamps are
loved by professionals who have presented us with the most beautiful
projects. Since 2014 we have been selling our products around the
world with representatives and distributors all over the world, which has
made ACCORD Lighting an internationally recognized brand.

Through all these years, with the fast evolution of technology, it has been
our challenge to manufacture high quality luminaires without losing the
handcrafting techniques taught by our founders. Today our production
process combines high-tech equipments and technology with the
irreplaceable manual work, resulting in the best wooden luminaires of
the World. Our dream is to bring light and sophistication all over the
world — one lamp at a time

All of our suppliers are certified and have the required permits to grow species they harvest themselves, or work on a Sustainable forest management method.
According to FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) defines Sustainable forest management (SFM) as "a “dynamic and evolving concept, which
aims to maintain and enhance the economic, social and environmental values of all types of forests, for the benefit of present and future generations”. Forests and trees,

Lamps
Lamps are not included. LED lamps are recommended and
traditional incandescent lamps are prohibited due to overheating.

Integrated LEDs
Luminaires with LED technology, LED modules or LEDs, are a totally
integrated solution, including the power source compatible light
and driver. Accord Lighting reserves the right to change the
specifications of the LED components due to changes in supply.
Flow information lighting, energy consumption and other data are
indicated in the technical sheets available on the website. Dimmers
are not provided. For adjustable versions, check compatibility of
the dimmer with the light source. All power ratings and installation
instructions from manufacturers' instruction sheets of dimmer must
be followed.

Canopy
The color of the canopies follows the color chosen for the
luminaire. If another finishing is necessary, check availability with
our sales team.
