Day 1: Arrival Cochin

Arrive Cochin Our representative will receive you at the

Cochin International Airport/Railway Station. Check in
hotel.
Day 2: Cochin to Munnar

After Breakfst you get transferred to one of the most

preferred and beautiful hill stations in India,
Munnar. Even on the way, you will witness the
abundant natural beauty of Munnar. Once you are in
Munnar you can experience the hill station in all its
pristine natural beauty adorned with green pastures
of spice plantations, beautiful rivulets, cascading
waterfalls and dense forests. You will be checked-in
at the hotel as and when you are arrived. You will
have plenty of time to relax and be comfortable
while enjoying the hospitality of the hotel. Your
overnight stay is arranged at the hotel where you
can sleep tight enjoying the chilly weather of
Munnar. Optional Activities on Extra Cost: Spice
Plantation Visit, Elephant Safari.

Day 3: Munnar Sightseeings

At the hotel, you will be provided with your
breakfast and fill your stomach enough to keep
going at the exciting that is looming in front of you
at Munnar. We will take you to the flower garden
where you can witness a myriad of exotic and
beautiful flowers. Then you will have one of the
most exciting things to do in Munnar—an elephant
safari. Riding on the back of a tusker will leave you
gasping for breath. You will also be able to visit the
Mattupetty Tea Factory en route where you can
witness at close quarters how the most important
ingredient of the world famous beverage, tea, is
made here. We will then proceed to the stunningly
attractive Mattupetty Dam, Echo-Point and Kundala
Dam. If you would like, you can ride on the waters of
Kundala Dam on a speeding boat. The next exciting
item is the drive where you will be taken along the
vegetable fields located at the high mountains of
Munnar at the borders of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
Relishing the memories of the day, you can sleep
overnight at the hotel in Munnar.

Day 4: Munnar to Thekkady
Once you have had the breakfast, we will take you
to Thekkady. The drive will last about 4 hours
during which we will have plenty of options for
sightseeing. TheLockhart Tea factory, Anayirangal
Lake and Lockhart Gap View are some of the places
clad in natural splendour that you can see en
route. After lunch at Thekkady, you can have some
exciting time by going on a boat ride on the
expansive waters of the Periyar dam. The two
hours of boating will give you a myriad of
opportunities to observe wild animals grazing,
drinking water and coming down from the dense
forest that fence the lake. Programmes such as
nature walk, bamboo rafting and Periyar tiger trail
are organized by the forest department, here.
There are also several plantation tourism activities
promoted by private agencies for the tourists in
Thekkady. Your overnight stay is arranged at
Thekkady. Booking tickets in advance to avoid any
last minute concerns is advised for Thekkady
boating.

Day 5: Thekkady to Alleppey

After breakfast check out of your retreat and drive
to Alleppey. By 12 pm you can board your
houseboat to experience the back waters and its
tranquil excellence. Appreciate the ride through
the tidal ponds and confined island towns of
Vembanadu Backwaters; have your flavourful
foods and enjoy the stay.

Day 06: Departure to Cochin Airport

After the breakfast pack your baggages with a

Proceed on time to board your flight/train

Important Information’s:

 For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but some
hotels only provide a roll out bed and have no provision of an extra bed
 Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without
changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising any
services
 The vehicle used is AC / Non AC and is available for point to point services only and is
not at disposal. Clients are requested to follow the timings in the program.
 In case any services are miss due to delay in departure, the operator will not be
responsible for any refunds
 child sharing parents room will not be provided an extra bed

Important Notes:

 All prevailing State and Government taxes applicable on accommodation and

transport. In case of any hike in the taxes a surcharge will be applicable.
 Suggested hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case the
same is not available, than the best similar category will be provided
 Above price not valid for peak season/festival season.
 The tour cost is not refundable at any cause, once tour starts
 The tour guide reserves the rights to make changes/detour or omit any place of
visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band and
security reason.
 In case of Flight booking the Web check in along with seat selection, seat charges
is payable by traveller.
 All Balance payment need to clear once pick up will be done at Cochin Airport /
Railway station / Trivandrum Airport / Railway station or at any other pick up
point.
 In case of rate hike in any hotels / houseboat the difference amount is payable by
traveller.
 Reservation executive holds the right to ask for the payment beyond the Invoice
instalments if required to pay advance into the hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

 If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30% of
booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
 If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of
booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
 If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100%
of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
 In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain
activities may be cancelled and in such cases, we will try our best to provide an
alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
 Convenience Fee Rs.5000 Non - Refundable and Token amount is non-
refundable however you can reschedule or postpone the trip and in your
future booking the same will be adjust.
Terms & conditions

 Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00
am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the
hotel. Check in and Check out timing can be differing according to Hotel Check in
Policy.
 A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be
provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
 The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided
as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal. For any paid activity which is
non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same
should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund.
 Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to THE PACIFIC
HOLIDAYS & guest, no refund will be processed.
 AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas like Munnar, Thekkady,
Vagamon, Wayanad etc...
 AC will be functional in Deluxe Houseboat from 09:00 Pm to 06:00 Am during the
stay only.
 If a guest is staying on a houseboat, the sightseeing will not be conducted.
 If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may have to collect
your luggage on arrival at the connecting hub and register it again while
checking in for the onward journey to your destination.
 Hotels / room can be changed without prior notice, if same hotel / room are not
available and difference amount need to bear by traveller.
 Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
 Pricing of the booking is based on the age of the passengers. Please make sure
you enter the correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Passengers
furnishing incorrect age details may incur penalty at the time of travelling.
 In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate
accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
 In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather
conditions etc. THE PACIFIC HOLIDAYS shall strive to give you the maximum
possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
 THE PACIFIC HOLIDAYS reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point,
due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs,
festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights,
cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of
visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we
would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
 Certain hotels may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is
refundable at check-out subject to the hotel's policy.
 The booking price does not include: Expenses of personal nature, such as
laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges,
tips, portage, camera fees etc.
 Any other items not mentioned under Inclusions are not included in the cost of
the booking.
 The package price doesn't include special dinner or mandatory charges at time
levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special
occasions THE PACIFIC HOLIDAYS shall try to communicate the same while
 booking the package. However THE PACIFIC HOLIDAYS may not have this
information readily available all the time.
 Cost of deviation and cost of extension of the validity on your ticket is not
included.
 For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation
Policy.
 Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New
Delhi.
 Check-in time on a houseboat is 11:30 am and check-out time is 9:00 am & AC
will work in Deluxe Houseboat from 09:00 PM to 06 AM only...
 Due to its climatic conditions, Munnar in Kerala does not have AC rooms.

 Apart from mentioned stallments in the Invoice if any hotels will ask for the
advance amount then that will be payable by the traveller and the same will be
updated accordingly.
 If any delay in Flight / cancel/ missed out then The Pacific Holidays will be not
responsible.
 Flight cancellation will be as per the booking portal.
