Delegation: Chairman of the chiefs of staff committee

Aim: Our aim is to protect our country by stopping all dangers before they can hurt us, and to
keep India safe and strong.

After the horrifying terrorist attack at the Vaishno Devi Yatra on June 3rd which killed 49 people
and injured over 200 including BJP President J.P. Nadda and after the confirmed kidnapping of
Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Jammu & Kashmir, India is no longer in a position to hold back.

These are not individual incidents. Intelligence reports show the attack was planned by Ansar-
ul-Haq, a terrorist group backed by Lashkar-e-Taiba and coordinated through handlers in PoK
and Lahore. Meanwhile, the Pakistan Army continues to carry out massacres in Baloch villages,
burning down nine villages and killing over 300 civilians, many of them unarmed innocent
civilians, elders, and aid workers. This is not just a crisis but a direct assault on Indian
sovereignty and stability in South Asia.

Let me be clear: India is not supporting the Balochistan freedom movement. That is
Pakistan’s internal matter. But when violence from that region is used to harm India, we will
defend ourselves.

So, from this moment, under Operation Parakram, all three forces: Army, Air Force, and Navy
are placed in offensive readiness.

The Army is instructed to carry out targeted strikes on terrorist camps in Pakistan-occupied
Kashmir. The Air Force is ordered to begin combat patrols and be ready to intercept any threat
crossing our skies. The Navy will move silently in the Arabian Sea to guard against infiltration
and secure our maritime borders.

We will not attack civilians and we will not step on foreign soil unnecessarily. But we will no
longer wait to be provoked. If any threat emerges, we will strike first with precision and strength.

India does not want war, but we will never be a silent victim.

This directive is about safety, leadership, and responsibility. It is time to act with discipline,
clarity, and courage.
