QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS
TENDER NO: - DyCE-II(FM)/AC Maint./25-27/RFX-

Sub:- Contract for Comprehensive maintenance & servicing of Air Conditioners


(Split/Window),Water Coolers, Water Purifier (Aqua Guard) for TWO
YEARS installed at O/o the Dy. Chief Engineer-III(FM), MSPGCL, Nagpur
through SRM e-tender
Documents to be uploaded (scanned copy of original)
1) SOLVENCY CERTIFICATE (50% OF ESTIMATED COST)
2) EMD paid money receipt
QR1. Average Annual financial turnover, for any 3 years during last five years
ending 31st March of the previous financial year, should be at least 30% of
the estimated cost of one year. Copies of Annual Account for the previous
three years, duly certified by the Charted Accountant shall be produced as
the supporting documents.
QR2. Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 9
years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are
invited should be either of the following: -

a. Three similar completed works, each costing not less than the amount equal
to 40% of the estimated cost of one year.
OR
b. Two similar completed works, each costing not less than the amount equal to
50 % of the estimated cost of one year.
OR
c. One similar completed work, costing not less than the amount equal to 80%
of the estimated cost of one year.
(“Similar work” means Comprehensive Maintenance & servicing of Air
Conditioners at MSPGCL/ NTPC/ SEB’s / Central Power Generation
Company/ Public Sector undertaking/ Sate or Central Government
Organisation)

QR3. The bidder shall furnish the copy of performance certificate along with
corresponding work order copy for similar work
