Dear Dr. Pauyon,

Greetings!

The University of Negros Occidental- Recoletos Chang Moo Kwan martial arts club would like to
start its martial arts activities on November 6, 2024. The start of activities will enable the club to
attain its goal of developing the martial arts skills, instill the precepts of martial arts, and cultivate
the mind and body of the student- members.

Club instruction will be undertaken by Sir Erwin A. Camara, Ferdinand Emmanuel Y. Gayoles,
Phillip Arnel C. Hilado and Ernesto E. Peraren Jr. The preferred venue is the University
gymnasium which will be used from 8:00- 12:00 am and 1:00- 5:00 pm every Wednesday. The
use of the main gymnasium is necessary to accommodate the number of student- members.
