Dear Dr. Belen,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am currently a 2nd year Bachelor of Accountancy
student and I am writing this letter to respectfully request your approval to enroll in an
online tutorial for Financial Accounting and Reporting during the upcoming summer
term.

This request is being made as I need to retake the subject, which I unfortunately was
unable to pass in a previous term. I am eager to improve my understanding and
performance in this course, and I believe that attending this class will be an effective
way to improve and enhance my knowledge for this subject.

I promise to put in the time and effort required to fulfill all academic requirements and to
take full advantage of this opportunity. I shall also abide by any rules set forth by the
university on attending tutorials and retaking classes.
