by me and got its physical possession from Continental Enterprises, the
Builders and Developers, Qasimabad, Hyderabad Sindh, Pakistan, as I am
living abroad and unable to manage and look after the affairs of the above
said property/plot myself and to do all or any of the following acts, deeds &
things i.e. to say;

1. To appoint, nominate any person as Sub-General Aottrney with all


or any of the power conferred upon him/her by this General Power
of Attorney and revoke, cancel the same as and when he deemed
necessary.

2. To enter into contract of sell the said plot, settle and receive part
payment & full & final sale consideration in cash, pay order or in
cheque from purchaser(s) and pass valid receipts for the same.

3. To appear in the office of Continental Enterprises the Builders and


Developers for signature and get the documents related to the said
plot.

4. To get it transferred in his own name or any other person, lease,
sublease, sale deed and get it registered in the office of concerned
district or sub-district registrar registration.

5. To appear and institute any kind of proceedings or suit, appeal,


revision, review application regarding above mentioned property
against any other person before the Magistrate, Mukhtiarkar and all
other revenue authorities including Board of Revenue Sindh, Civil
Court, District Court, High Court or Supreme Court.

6. To engage and appoint any advocate, legal practitioner to conduct


the case regarding above said property.

7. To sign, verify and file a petition, plaint, written statement or an


application including amendment thereof and give evidence &
produce documents.

8. To make present in the court an application and give evidence,


produce documents in connection with any proceedings in the suits
or either litigation regarding above said property.

9. To receive back documents filed & produce in the court.


10. To enter into compromise and make confession of judgment or
decree or order to refer the case to arbitration or to make a
statement on my behalf.

11. To deposit or withdraw any money deposited in court for the


purpose of any proceeding & acknowledge receipt.

12. To file an application for execution of a decree or order passed in


the said suits and to sign and make verification and got it executed.

13. To receive any money due to me under such decree or order and
to certify payment to the court.

14. To apply for inspection and inspect documents and records.

15. To apply for grant of certified true copies of judgment and decree,
order and all other documents received the same and acknowledge
receipt.

16. Generally to do all other lawful acts, deeds and things necessary
for the conduct of the cases in connection with to the above said
property.

17. To appear before all concerned department(s), Authority (les),
offices, officials in connection with any matter regarding the said
property and further to file any application in connection thereof.
