LETTER OF OFFER

Dear Mr. Sooraj,

We are delighted to extend an offer of employment to you for the position of


Engineer – Electrical at LC Infra Projects Private Limited. Your skills and experience
align well with our company's needs, and we believe that you will make a valuable
contribution to our infrastructure projects.

Details of the offer are as follows:

Position: Engineer
Department: Electrical
Job Location: UP-UPPTCL JHANSHI
Date of joining: On or before 12th May 2025
Compensation: 45,000/- (Forty-five Thousand Only) as per month CTC

Probation Period:

You will be subject to a probationary period of 6 months from 12th May 2025 which
may be extended at the discretion of the management. During this time, your
performance will be evaluated to ensure that it aligns with our expectations and
standards towards LC Infra Projects Private Limited. At the successful completion of
the probationary period, we will issue the confirmation letter.

Termination Clause:

Either Employee or Employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time
during the probationary period, with or without cause, by providing One Month
written notice or salary in lieu of the notice. Completion of probation period you have
to served minimum two months’ notice period.
Your employment is subject to the submission of copies of the following documents.

➢ Relieving letter/copy of resignation from a previous employer


➢ Mark sheets / Academic degree certificate / Declaration
➢ Copy of savings a/c passbook / cancelled cheque (Pertaining to name a/c & IFSC
code)
➢ Aadhar Card, PAN Card & Driving License copy
➢ Latest passport size colour photograph

The Company reserves the right to withdraw the said offer in case the information
provided by you in the application/candidate information form is found misleading or
misconceived and/or if any of the above conditions are not fulfilled by you at the time
of joining.

Please review this offer carefully and, if you accept, sign and return a copy of this letter
within one week from the date of offer generation. Additionally, please provide any
outstanding documentation required for the completion of you on boarding process.
