A committee is a group of people appointed for a specific function, typically consisting of members

of a larger group. Committee plays a vital role in an organization in fact person belong to it can be
the most important working forces of an organization. They serve as work units of the organization,
taking work and breaking it into meaningful and manageable chunks. They efficiently carry out the
work of the organization. If I will be part of an organization in the upcoming 2022 presidential
election just imagining it gives me the feeling of excitement. If I will be tasked to lead a committee
to help launch a nationwide campaign I will really dedicate myself into it. The name of our
committee would be financing committee it’s obvious that our focus would be on the money
basically the allocation of funds needed in launching a nationwide campaign. I think I need a lot of
manpower here or may also need some only few people especially those people who are
knowledgeable enough when it comes to finance. When it comes on assigning group members I
will find the right committee members by considering first the purpose of the committee and its
needs like what I mentioned on the earlier part of this paper I’m needing someone with financial
expertise. At least 14 person would be enough to the carry the workload. I will appoint a committee
chair with excellent leadership skills the person in my mind that perfectly fit the job is Cherie
Atilano, the tasked assigned on her would be enhancing and support the boards idea regarding on
the launching of nationwide campaign, to manage the members by checking on them to focus more
on their designated tasks, translate the committee's established purpose into action plans, and
communicate with the full board to make sure that both parties' plans coincide. The vice
chairpersons are Emmanuel Joseph Mariano, Kenneth , Earl Patrick Forlales and Zahra Halabisaz
Zanjani. The members of the majority are the following person: Kenn Costales, Mattew Cua, Aisa
Mijeno, Leandro Leviste, Matthew Cua, Robert Rodriguez, Cassandra Suarez, and Stephanie Sy.
Members of Minority would be Jairus Ferer and Gerald Marin. Group members of this committee
mostly has an excellent background on financial expertise. The respective jobs that will be assign
for the group members are: develop an annual report , monitor adherence to the budget, monitor
adherence to the budget, Set long-range financial goals along with funding strategies to achieve
them, and to present all financial goals and proposals. The very reason why I chose to lead this
committee it’s because money is really necessary in an organization I mean to get things done
finances always plays a bigger role. The role of the finance committee is primarily to provide
financial oversight for the organization. Financial planning is essential in this matter considering that
it’s a nationwide campaign obviously money is involve, I think that way our committee will be
helpful to the organization.
