OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES
The Buyer issues ICPO AND CIS AND PASSPORT DETAILS
The Seller issues the contract SPA.
The Buyer returns the signed, stamped and scanned SPA by email and will be
considered a legal purchase and sale contract until the copies are exchanged.
The seller issues a commercial invoice
The Buyer returns the signed commercial invoice.
Buyer to proceed 50% advance payment against Commercial Invoice, within three
weeks, loading will be started and rest 50% will be paid at Loading Port
The seller first sends copies: the B/L the proof of product , Packing list Certificate of
Origin, Export License , etc. via secure email to the Buyer and his bank; Then sends
the original shipping documents to the Buyer's representative/office as soon as
they are available.
