      Objective: Provide non-discriminatory Open Access for Renewable Energy through
       Intra-State systems.
      Applicability:
           o Consumers with ≥100 kW demand
           o Captive generators (no capacity limit)
           o Applies throughout Gujarat
Slide 3: Key Definitions
      Green Energy: Includes solar, wind, hydro, green hydrogen/ammonia, etc.
      GEOA Consumer: Any consumer with ≥100 kW load (aggregate or single
       connection)
      Banking: Storing surplus injected power for later drawal
Slide 4: Categorization of Open Access
      Long-Term: >12 years ≤25 years
      Medium-Term: >3 months ≤3 years
      Short-Term: Up to 1 month
      Day-Ahead Access: For real-time needs, approval by 3 PM on D-1 day
Slide 5: Eligibility Criteria
      Minimum 100 kW load (except captive use)
      Metering: ABT-compliant meters (≥1 MW), Special Energy Meters (<1 MW)
      Captive users must submit shareholding and usage proofs annually
