• Minimizing shrinkage at the budget level, Responsible for store process audit,
• Supervising and managing staff and staff issues.
• Doing PI for major pilferage categories daily and weekly
• Making duty roasters for all the staff and Promoters (15 days once)
• Responsible for SOP (standard operational procedure)
• Movement of stock in and out of the assigned section

• Manage warehouse Operation, Inventory & LM Operation B2B operations with reports and
maintain the reposts for audits.

stocks one weekly basis.
