1. Overview

MR41E-1B small electric operating mechanism is an electric operating mechanism for the output of the isolating switch of our company.

3. Characteristics of operating mechanism

3.1 Practicality

3.1.1 The mechanism can be electrically operated 'locally' or 'remotely' when it is powered on.

The motor is composed of a motor, a two-stage reducer and electrical control components.

The first stage gear reduction and the second stage worm gear reduction are transmitted from the output shaft to the isolating switch or grounding switch.

The output shaft rotation angle is determined by two strokes (micro-motion).

The switch controls the motor, and the action time error is ±1s.

3.1.2 Use the travel (micro) switch to control the output angle of the operating mechanism and the final position of the operation

4.1 Three operating modes of institutions

(1) Manual mode: The mechanism is opened and closed by means of a crank.

Operation process: ÿ Before operating this mode, you need to turn the air switch of the power supply to the off position.

Operation process: ÿ Before operating this mode, make sure that all circuit breakers on the panel are in the on state;

ÿ Turn the switch on the panel to the near-motion position;

ÿUse the opening and closing buttons on the panel to operate;

(3) Remote control mode: remote opening and closing of the mechanism through integrated automation and other equipment

Operation process: ÿ Before operating this mode, make sure that all circuit breakers on the panel are in the on state;

ÿ Turn the switch on the panel to the remote position;

ÿAt this time, remote control is performed on this mechanism on the comprehensive system.

4.2 Mechanism wiring

The wiring of this mechanism is simple, the electrical maintenance is convenient, and the electrical control circuit is equipped with fault protection components.

It can effectively prevent overcurrent caused by external input power fluctuations and accidental short circuits inside the mechanism.

5. Installation and debugging

5.1 Inspection and unpacking precautions

5.1.1 Please refer to the packing list for delivery details.

5.1.2 When unpacking, follow the direction indicated by the arrow and prevent water from entering.

5.1.3 Take inventory according to the delivery details list.

5.1.3 During acceptance, the following items shall be determined according to the unpacking status:

(1) Whether it is consistent with the order;

(2) Whether there is any damage during transportation;

(3) Whether the attachments are complete;

5.2 Installation Notes

(1) Read the instructions carefully before installation;

(2) When installing, first fix the mechanism box to the foundation with four M12 bolts, and adjust the

5.4 Instructions for use and ordering

Please specify the following when ordering:

1. Model of motor operating mechanism;

2. Model of isolating switch or earthing switch, and the number of operating mechanisms;

3. Motor rated voltage;

4. Rated voltage and voltage type of control circuit;

5. Rotation angle and action time of the output shaft of the operating mechanism;

6. Special requirements.

6. Common fault diagnosis and analysis

Phenomenon 1: After the electric mechanism is powered on, the motor power circuit breaker is turned on, but the mechanism is still without power.

Cause Analysis:

(1) Check whether the power supply terminals of the mechanism are connected correctly or are loose.

(2) Contactor K3 cannot be energized, please replace it. (There is a K3 label on the contactor)

Phenomenon 2: For AC motor drive, after power is turned on, open the air switch, contactor K3

Cause Analysis:

(1) The transfer switch is not turned to the near-movement position.

(2) The rectifier bridge is broken down. (Generally rare)

Phenomenon 3: Press the opening button to close the isolating switch, and press the closing button to open the isolating switch.

Cause analysis: The opening and closing buttons are connected reversely.

Solution: Check the electrical diagram, the corresponding wire numbers, and connect the wires according to the correct wiring diagram.

Phenomenon 4: After the switch is opened (closed), the motor does not stop rotating.

Cause Analysis:

(1) The travel switch is not triggered;

(2) The opening and closing positions of the travel switch do not correspond;

(3) The travel switch is damaged;

Solution:

A. Adjust the position of the travel switch mounting plate so that the switch can be triggered normally and the trigger position

The location meets the organization's schedule;

B. Swap the opening power terminal with the closing power terminal;

C. Replace the travel switch with a new one.
