AFFIDAVIT

I, Daniel C. Pedro, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of Barangay


Mabini, Sampaguita City, Palawan, under oath, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the Local Government Unit (LGU) Administrator of Sampaguita


City since 2021, and previously served in the City Accounting Office for over fifteen
(15) years.

2. That as part of my official functions, I have direct access to, and oversight of, the
City's financial records, disbursement reports, and expenditure summaries.

3. That in relation to the allegations against Hon. Enrico Delos Reyes, City Mayor
of Sampaguita City, I have personally reviewed and verified all relevant financial
documents, audit reports, and supporting vouchers covering the period in question.

4. That based on these official records, no public funds of Sampaguita City were
disbursed or utilized for the construction, maintenance, or operation of any of the
private resorts owned by Hon. Enrico Delos Reyes.

5. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the integrity of the City's financial
transactions and to aid the complainant in establishing the factual truth
regarding the use of LGU funds.
