Distribution” in response to the letter received from Shri Manna Lal Rawat Ji, Hon’ble Member of
Parliament (Lok Sabha, Udaipur) with the Reference No- 39-01/2025-AC, dated: 24.07.2025 . Regarding
Participation of “Food Corporation of India (FCI)” in our upcoming Mega exhibition "उज्जवल राजस्थान
2.0", which is going to be held at in Udaipur, Rajasthan, Inder Residency Resort on 11th to 13th
September 2025, The event aims to educate and inform the public about significant government policies,

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

VISUAL MYTHS reserves all rights in connection with Ujjawal Rajasthan 2.0 In the event of any of the
shows, as listed in the brochure, not being held on the scheduled dates or place or even cancelled due to
circumstances beyond the control of Organizers, the participants will be compensated only to the extent of the
participation fee deposited with the Organizers.

 No refund on cancellation of booking. Organizers reserve the right to cancel booking of a defaulting party.
 Allocation of space / allotment of booth(s) will be done on ‘First- Come- First- Served’ basis and
against full Payment in Advance’ only.
 Booth allocation will be done by the Organizers to meet the exhibitor’s preference to the extent
possible. However, the Organizers reserve the right to change the location of any exhibitor prior to
the commencement of the Exhibition and decision of the Organizers shall be final and binding on
the exhibitor.
 Booth will neither be transferable, nor will it be allowed to be shared by any unauthorized party.
 No exhibitor will be allowed to change the exterior layout, paint the exterior layout, paint the exterior
or interior or even change the format. No booth should be left unattended during the exhibition
hours. All electrical fittings / installations by an Exhibitor must be got done through the Contractor
appointed by the Organizers.
 Round- the clock security will be in operation during the exhibition period. However, participants
will be responsible for the security of their exhibits during the exhibition hours. The Organizers will
have no responsibility or liability for the exhibitor’s property, owned or rented, his person or that of
his employees for personal injury, fire, storm, natural calamity, theft or any case whatsoever.
Insurance against all ascertainable risks from transportation to display and removal of goods should
be done by the exhibitor at his own cost. The Organizers will be in no way responsible.
 Participants will take possession of their allotted space / booth(s) at 8am on the same day of the
event.
 Participants will have to vacate the premises within two hours of close of the Exhibition after
payment of dues, if any.
 Disputes, if any, arising out of participation in any of the exhibitions, as listed in the brochure, shall
fall within the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi / New Delhi.
 The Organizers reserve the right to modify or change any of the above rules and regulations, or
add new ones, if considered necessary, by the Organizers.
