Project & Maintenance activities of VFD, HT & LT soft starter panels.
Project & Maintenance of HT & LT Panels and VCB, ACB breakers and DOL, RDOL,Star Delta
Starters. Including pressure vessels, piping, excavations, tanks, etc.
Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components,
and installations.
Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the
issue as quickly as possible.
Ensure that equipment’s are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities.
Recommend replacement for old or faulty electrical components or fittings to the
management.
Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services.
Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced
accidents and mishaps are prevented.

BHEL make, 6.6 KV 4900KW rating HT Motor Maintenance and Commissioning.
Up to 220KW motor VFD and Soft Starter, DOL, RDOL, STAR DELTA Starter experience.

BHEL Make 415V, 6.6 KV HT Motors rating from 200 KW to 4900 KW.

Changer and system Voltages of 15.75KV/6.6KV, 11KV/415V, 6.6KV/415V and Capacity
from 1.6MVA to 200 MVA.
Generators:
BHEL make Steam Turbine Generator and its auxiliaries.
11KV, 25 MW, 30MW and 150 MW BHEL Make Steam Turbine Generators Maintenance
and Operating with National Grid.
BHEL 15.75 kV, 2X150 MW, Steam Turbine Generator and Export to the Grid Cummins,
Diesel Generators 415V, up to 500KVA for Emergency Power Supply.
UPS, Batteries, Battery Chargers, VFD, MOV:
UPS Parallel Redundant system up to 100KVA with By Pass Mains and 1250 Ah Battery
Bank.
220V, 125V and 24V DC System Battery Chargers.
Lead Acid Battery bank up to 220V DC and 1650-Ah capacity.
Rotork, Limit torque & Auma make Motor operated Valve actuators.
