• Houzlook willcover warranty period upto 10 years for any wood work related products on manufacturing defects (Plywood bendness not included).Houzlook wil
any intentionalwear andtear or damages from the customer side.Al lother products from different vendors like Hettich, KAFF,E BCO, Havells etc will be covered

• Houzlook recommends clients to choose from Post Laminated MDFor PLPB boards over Plywood due to technicalreasons. If a client still choose Plywood prod
andif any bendness happens in shutters or carcass, then Houzlook will not be responsible, as it is not a product on defect.This warranty is not even givenbythe P
also, due to the nature of the wood. Houzlook will try to provide solutionto fix the same,if it suits the scenario. But if client insists ona new manufacturingof the pr

• Payment terms as per payment slab should befollowed fromthe time of bookingby the client for the smooth functioning of work and output.After any revised quo

• Designs will not start untilcomplete booking amount is creditedto the company followed by the payment slabs for production& installationafter progress.

• Any delay interms of payment as per above payment schedule thenthere might be a delay in the executionfor which Houzlook wont be responsible.
• Price may be revisedif there is any hike inthe raw materialannounce officially bythe supplier if the project is still in designing stage and is yet to enter production
price for projects which are under production.

* Once an order i s confi rmed and customer wants to cancel the order then NO amount will be refunded.
• 3DVRay max rendered designs will be sharedto client above INR 5 lakh + GST clients at certain payment slabs.(only 02 corrections allowed)
• 3D designs for the product will be shared to allother cl ent below 5 Lakh + GST. (only 02 correct ons allowed)
• Any corrections beyond 02 times, INR 3000 per each rendering image will be charged to the client.
• Once the designs are approved and execution has started,no changes will be accepted interms of structure or designs.
