Dear Sir/Madam,
SUBJECT : LOAN RECALL NOTICE
Si Creva Capital Services Private Limited (“Si Creva” or “Lender”), a Non-Banking Financial Institution incorporated under the
Companies Act, 1956 and registered with Reserve Bank of India having its registered office at 10th Floor, Tower 4, Equinox
Business Park, LBS Marg, Kurla West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400070 (hereinafter referred to as “our Clients”), has sanctioned a
loan of Rs. 16000/- (Rupees sixteen thousand only) (“Facility”) to you the addressee (“Borrowers”), bearing loan account no.
as given in reference, on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Sanction Letter, Loan Agreement, KFS and other financing
documents executed in relation to the relation to the Facility (“Financing Documents”).
We would like to bring to your immediate attention that despite repeated reminders you have failed and neglected to pay the
dues due to us on the respective due dates and the same constitutes an Event of Default under the Financing Documents.
We are therefore constrained to recall the entire outstanding loan amount along with the interest and all other
costs/charges/expenses/and/or other sums due and payable by you under the Financing Documents
Therefore, you are hereby called upon to pay a sum of Rs. 19699/- (Rupees nineteen thousand six hundred and ninety nine
only).
Please treat this notice as urgent and take note that should you fail and neglect to pay aforesaid sum of Rs. 19699/- (Rupees
nineteen thousand six hundred and ninety nine only) due and payable to us along with applicable interest/additional interest
and any other charges, within 7 (Seven) days from the date of this notice, failing which we will initiate appropriate Civil and/or
Criminal Legal proceedings, against you entirely at your costs and consequences.
Kindly take note that any part payment, in consequence of this notice or otherwise and acceptance of the same by Lender shall
not be treated as waiver / withdrawal of this notice. Any forbearance on part of the Lender, in accepting the part payment or
waiting for some more time for enforcing the terms of the Facility Documents and notice shall not in any way restrain and/ or
limit the rights or remedies available.
This notice is issued without prejudice to any other rights available to the Lender.
