Throughout my career, I’ve supported large
HRIS platforms by handling regulatory
compliance reports, improving system access
security, and implementing audit controls. I
have collaborated with HR managers, IT
teams, and external vendors to streamline
manual processes in Banner and worked on
new system configurations while ensuring
that changes meet HR operational needs. My
understanding of tools like Microsoft Excel,
Cognos, and ServiceNow helps me support
daily HR operations with both efficiency and
accuracy.

reporting, and collaborating with technical
teams to resolve system issues. Proven ability
to analyze HR data, generate actionable
