CUSTOMER ONBOARDING HANDBOOK

Once you have received the FedNet credentials (i.e User id and Password), Please follow these steps to get
started:

Step 1: Visit https://www.fednetbank.com/


Step 2: Select “Personal Banking”.

Step 3: Enter the required details on the login page.


1. User Id: Enter the FedNet UserId received in your registered email and via SMS. The email subject will be -
“FedNet User ID”.
2. Password - In Password field, first enter the 6 character password received via email (Subject: “FedNet
Password - First Half”) followed by the 5 character password received via SMS, Example:
- Login Password received via mail: D%7768
- Password received via SMS: 85673
- Thus, the password for the customer to Login to FedNet will be D%776885673
3. Mobile Number - Enter your Mobile Number with country code. (e.g., for India, enter 91)
Step 4: Accept the “Terms and Condition” and the “Safe, Secure and Responsible Usage Guidelines” then click
on Submit.

Step 5: Enter the password received (First 6 letters in the email, followed by 5 characters received via SMS)
in the Password field. Set your password according to the password policy and click on “Ok”.
Step 6: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and click on “Validate OTP”.

Step 7: Once the OTP is successfully entered; the Password setup is completed, and you will be guided to re-
login.
Step 8: Visit (https://www.fednetbank.com/) and log into FedNet with your newly set credentials.

Step 9: You will be guided to set your 2FA, click on “Continue”.


Step 10: Set your “Personal Message” and click on “Continue”.

Step 11: Review the details on the “Request Confirmation” page and click on “Submit”.
Step 12: Your 2FA is now set and you will land on the FedNet Home Page. The onboarding process is complete.
