Caveat
The Caveator named above respectfully begs to submit as
under:-
1. Subject matter in brief :-
1.1 That, the Caveatee had Issued the legal notice
informing that “there current financial status
which contains that there business and
commercial activities have ceased, thenfamily
os disorganized and struggling with financial
hardships. They have no regular, permanent,
or temporary source of income” to Caveator
dated 30.06.2025 which was Issued by Nimitt
L. Shah, Advocate, Indore (M.P.).
The copy of notice annexed as ANNEXURE
P/1
1.2 That the Caveator is one of the creditors of the
Caveatee and, therefore, has a direct and
substantial interest in the subject matter likely
to be agitated before this Hon’ble Court.
2. That, it is expected that the caveatee may prefer
Insolvency & Bankruptcy Before this Hon’ble NCLT,
praying for interim relief therein.
3. That, the caveator has dispatched a notice of caveat
by registered post with acknowledgment due by
registered post, on the person by whom the
Insolvency & Bankruptcy petition is expected to be
filed as detailed hereinabove, in respect whereof a
caveat is filed.
The postal receipt evidencing dispatch of caveat is
collectively annexed as ANNEXURE C/2 (Colly.).
4. It is therefore prayed that, in the event of Caveatee
preferring Insolvency & Bankruptcy with application
seeking interim relief, Caveator may be :-
A. Necessary notice may kindly be served,
B. An opportunity of hearing be granted,
C. Any other orders in favour of Caveator may be
passed.
