Chivan Hilda Roker was born to Mr.

Harold and Mizpah Butler, on the Island of


Mastic Point, Andros, Bahamas. A marriage produced 6 children.
In 1980 Chivan Hilda Roker obtained her Diploma from North Andros High School.

In her quest to achieve her spiritual goals, she attended again the College of
the Bahamas Evening Institute, Andros Bahamas, Extended Course
obtaining Honor certificates in Religious Studies, 1986-1987. In the same
year Evangelist Roker obtained a Degree from Bible Training Institute,
Cleveland Tennessee- The Body of Christ Course. Evangelist Roker obtained
a Doctorate Degree in Theology from Bible Baptist College, North Carolina
USA in 2009.
She served in the Church of God of Prophecy, Conch Sound, Andros
from 1988-2009. During her tenure she served as, Facilitator/Principal of
Vacation Bible School, Youth-Life Team Director, Adult Sunday School
Teacher and Director, Youth Director, Secretary, Director of Evangelism
and Asst. Pastor, She was also ordained an Evangelist in 1990. In 2009 she
was ordained to the pastoral in Pensacola Florida. In 2011 she was ordained
to the Apostleship in Miami Florida, and in Nassau Bahamas as well.

Active in Evangelism, Since 1992, she has been traveling throughout The
Bahama Islands and America, spreading The Good News. Evangelist Roker
has assisted in setting up many youth and children's groups through the
Churches: Petra Bible Ministries - Children’s Ministries; Born Again
Deliverance Ministries/Hillside Restoration Kingdom Ministries – Youth and
Children’s Programs B.A.R.C. Community Pentecostal Church - Youth
Programme.

Apostle Roker has ministered on various Islands throughout the


Bahamas, America, and The Caribbean Countries such as Dominican
Republic, Jamaica, Turks and Caicos, Haiti, Trinidad & Tobago to name a
few.

Her community efforts are commendable demonstrating her passion is for


those living in disparity, poverty, reaching out to the HIV patients at: All
Saints Camp, the elderly (Food and Clothing Programs) and School kids
(Lunch, Clothing, Counseling.)
Presently she is the CEO and President of an extended Outreach Ministry
called: Halel Apostolic Global Ministries, Bahamas, Florida, and Atlanta
Georgia; Eradication Help Loyalty Program (HELP) Bahamas; The Alliance
of the Apostle Global Network; The Operating Room; The Heights Men
Group; Kingdom Youth Global Alliance; Behind the Scenes Prayer Group.

Called to the Nations, she reaches out to the less fortunate worldwide.
Recently, she embarked upon a life long passion, a disciplinary youth
core called Kingdom Youth Alliance Disciplinary Core and its Marching
Band. She is known for her favorite greetings: “I’m blessed and
highly favored”, and her motto: "call no one Common or Unclean!!!
