121/242, WARD NO. 39, KHANKAH MOHALLA, BIHAR SHARIF,
DISTRICT NALANDA, BIHAR, HEREINAFTER CALLED THE
TESTATOR.
IN FAVOR OF
TARANNUM JAHAN @ TABASSUM, W/O SHAFIQ AHMAD R/O SHAHEEN
BAGH, OKHLA, NEW DELHI-110025, FARZANA KHATOON, D/O
MOHD. HIMAYU, R/O HOUSE No. 121/242, WARD NO. 39,
KHANKAH MOHALLA, BIHAR SHARIF, DISTRICT NALANDA,
HEREINAFTER CALLED THE EXECUTORS.
ENTIRE PROPERTY BEARING NO. 121/242, WARD NO. 39,
KHANKAH MOHALLA, BIHAR SHARIF, DISTRICT NALANDA, BIHAR
AND SHOP MOH-MURARPUR, HOLDING NO. 571, PO-BIHARSHARIF,
DIST. NALANDA, BIHAR-803101 AND ALL OTHER PROPERTY OF
MY HUSBAND alongwith proportionate undivided and
indivisible rights, interest liens and titles in the
land beneath the same, rights of usage of necessary
amenities/services attached thereto.

The Testator willingly makes this, will that after his
demise, all his rights, interests, liens and titles in
the said flat and shop be acquired, possessed and
inherited by the Executor, who may get the same
mutated/ substuted/ transferred etc. in their own name,
as owner/ lessees in the RECORDS OF THE TEHSILDAR/
NOTIFICATION/ REVENUE ESTATE/ BMC/ SBPDCL and all other
concerned authorities on the basis of this Will or its
certified true copy, without any objection by the
Testator's legal heirs, their successors, etc. or
anybody else.
The Testator further declares that if the said
Executor/ Executors predecease/predeceases, his rights,
interest, liens and titles in the said flat and shop be
acquired possessed and inherited by the heirs of the
Executor/Executors, who may then get the same mutated
and transferred in their own name as owner and lessee
in the RECORDS OF TEHSILDAR/NOTIFICATION/ REVENUE
ESTATE/ BMC/ SBPDCL and other concerned authorities on
the basis of this Will, without any objection from the
heirs, of the Testator, and any objection raised by
them, in any manner whatsoever, be treated as null and
void.

The Testator further declares that this is his FIRST
and last will in respect of the said flat and shop, and
has been executed by him/her of his/her own consent,
without any force, fraud, coercion or allurement, from
any corner whatsoever, while in possession of sound
health and disposing mind.

121/242, WARD NO. 39, KHANKAH MOHALLA, BIHAR SHARIF,
DISTRICT NALANDA, BIHAR, dies/die earlier than me, then
the said portion shall become the portion of
his/her/their legal heirs and successors.
That the contents of this WILL have been explained to
me which I have understood and is correct. That this is
my last and final WILL in respect of the said
properties.

this WILL, in the presence of the following witnesses
on the date, month and year herein mentioned below.
