completes all assigned tasks

standard of quality. Goes above
and beyond what was expected.

Good: Completes all assigned


tasks on time and with
satisfactory quality.

Fair: Completes most assigned


tasks, but may have some delays
or areas needing improvement in
quality.

Poor: Frequently misses


deadlines, submits incomplete
work, or the quality is
significantly lacking.

• Proactiveness & Initiative


(15%):

Excellent: Actively seeks out


ways to contribute, identifies
needs and offers solutions, takes
initiative without constant
prompting.

Good: Participates actively


when asked, offers suggestions,
and takes on tasks willingly.

Fair: Contributes when directly


asked but rarely takes
independent initiative.
Poor: Requires constant
prompting and direction, shows
little to no initiative.

• Preparedness for
Meetings & Work
Sessions (10%):

Excellent: Always comes to


meetings prepared with
necessary materials, having
completed tasks, and ready to
contribute meaningfully.

Good: Usually comes prepared


and contributes relevantly to
discussions.
