This letter is issued in reference to the memorandum dated August 12,
2025, with Reference Number ADD/01-M-2025-0015, entitled “Urgent
Completion of Required Data for Strategic Sales Action.”
While several branches have complied and entered their data into the
Google Sheet entitled “Branch and Competitors Directory,” it is of
serious concern that a number of branches remain non-compliant as of this
issuance.
In the interest of ensuring full compliance, and as a final warning to those
branches that have not yet completed their data, management is granting
a last extension until 11:00 AM today, August 13, 2025, to accomplish
and submit the required information.

Please be reminded that failure to adhere to this directive within the stated
deadline will result in sanctions in accordance with the Company’s Code of
Conduct.
