DR. CHUA YUN YING：
Dr. Chua received full scholarships for her doctoral studies in music - the
Overseas Research Scholarship and the University Research Studentship.
Besides regular recitals in Manchester, she has concerti Sedin Cambridge,
Oxford, Glasgow, and York. She was awarded 'Excellent Piano Teacher ‘at the
Liszt Memorial Prize: 2016 Hong Kong -International Piano Competition.
She is highly sought after as a music educator, having given masterclasses in
the Middle School of the Central Conservatory of Music as well as the Central
Conservatory Preparatory School in Beijing in 2016. At the Liszt Memorial
Prizes: 2016 Hong Kong -International Piano Open Competition, she received
the award of "Excellent Piano Teacher". She has also adjudicated in
competitions, such as the Singapore International Classical Piano
Competition2017.

Principal Trombone of Zhengzhou Philharmonic Orchestra, Bass
Trombonist
Yamaha-Certified Wind Band Instructor
Yale Classical Music Program Certified Performer
Graduated from Wuhan Conservatory of Music in 2022. During his studies,
he served as Principal Bass Trombone of the Wuhan Conservatory Symphony
Orchestra and performed as a trombonist with the Hubei Youth Symphonic
Wind Ensemble. Since 2022, he has held the position of Principal Trombone
and Bass Trombonist at Zhengzhou Philharmonic Orchestra, performing
in over 600 concerts encompassing symphony, opera, chamber music, and
other genres, accumulating extensive experience in ensemble performance.
Currently pursuing a Master of Music in Trombone Performance at Raffles
Music College (Singapore) and the London College of Music, University of West
London.

2022 年毕业于武汉音乐学院，在校期间担任武汉音乐学院交响乐团低音长号首席，并任湖北青年交响管乐团长号演奏员。同年起担任郑州
爱乐乐团长号首席兼低音长号演奏员，至今参与 600 余场各类音乐会，涵盖交响乐、歌剧及室内乐等，拥有丰富的乐队合奏经验。
现深造于新加坡莱佛士音乐学院与英国西伦敦大学伦敦音乐学院，攻读长号演奏硕士学位。

ZHOU GUANGBIN:
He recipient of the Silver Award at the "Yiyuan Cup" of Guangxi Arts
University, graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Guangxi Arts University,
where he served as the principal oboist in the university's symphony
orchestra. During his tenure, he received instruction from internationally
renowned conductors, garnering widespread acclaim. Currently, he is pursuing
a Master's degree in Oboe Performance at the Raffles Music College in
Singapore and the London College of Music, University of West London.

In F major and set in 3/4 time with an upbeat entrance, this etude presents a
stately, arching melody. Recognized as a fundamental tonality in trombone
training, the duet adaptation assigns the principal line to the oboe while the
trombone explores a more technically demanding second part. With expanded
range and intricate rhythms, the piece challenges the performers'
coordination and interpretative precision.
