Job Offer - Picker

Dear Candidate,

With great pleasure, we would like to extend the following employment offer:

The following privilege will be provided to candidates until they get their Civil ID ready :

● Position : Picker
● Basic Salary : KWD 60
● Food Allowance : KWD 20
● Total Salary : KWD 80
● Working hours : 12 hours
● Day Off : 28 days of work & 2 days off in a month (1 day off in every 15 days as
scheduled)
● Transportation : Provided by company
● Housing : Provided by company

After Receiving the Civil ID below will the Final package for the candidate: -

● Basic Salary : KWD 80


● Food allowance : KWD 20
● Total Salary : KWD 100(with target of picking 65 items per hour minimum)
● Working hours : 12 hours
● Day Off : 28 days of work & 2 days off in a month (1 day off in every 15 days as
scheduled)
● Transportation : Provided by company
● Housing : Provided by company

Terms and Conditions: -

● Age requirements from 20 years to 35 years maximum


● Basic English (reading & verbal)
● Non-Smoker and Non -Tobacco/ ghutka using person only
● Deposit Security 150 KWD (returned after contract canceled after 3 year should the candidate
request to terminate the contract)
● Governmental expenses for the residency & driving license will be paid by the candidate
● 12 hours(11 hours working with 1 hour scheduled break) The working hours & shifts will be
scheduled per business needs.
● 28 days of work & 2 days off in month (1 day off every 15 days as scheduled)
● Transportation will only be provided by company
● The candidate commits to work for the company for the entire term of the contract 3 years
● Before the end of the 3 years contract there will be no transfer accepted, only cancellation of
visa and travel back to the country of origin on candidate expense.
● The candidate may terminate this contract prior to its expiry date but the deposit of 150 KWD
will not be returned and will be used as a payment by the candidate of all costs and expenses
incurred by the company as a result of the candidate recruitment, also a written notice is to be
given to the company of his desire to resign the contract at least three (3) months in advance.
The candidate will bear all expenses required to repatriate back to home country.

This employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of PCC, Gamca Medical, Passport
Stamping and arriving to the State of Kuwait.
