Job Title: Junior Software Engineer / Trainee (depending on semester)

Job Locations: Jaipur / Bangalore
After 7th Semester – Trainee
Candidates will undergo a paid internship with a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. Upon
successful completion of the 6-month program, they will transition into full-time roles
with a CTC of ₹5.50 LPA. An internship completion certificate will be provided.
Please Note: The company reserves the right to either extend the internship period or
terminate if your performance fails to meet the expectations set by the company. If
you, for any reason, leave the Company during the internship period or within two
months of confirmation as an employee, then, you shall forthwith to indemnify the
Hiring Tracks: company a sum total of the amount you have received as stipend or as salary (Cost to
Company) starting from the period you have joined the company.
A ‘certificate of Internship’ will only be issued if an individual “successfully
completes” 6 months of internship as a Trainee and an additional 2 months of tenure
with the Company as Jr. Software Engineer, upon confirmation
After 8th Semester – JSE
Direct joining as Junior Software Engineer with a CTC of ₹5.5 LPA.
The selection process will consist of the following stages:
1. Pre-Placement Talk (PPT): 9:30AM- In campus
We would like to begin the drive with a Pre-Placement Talk to introduce our
company, share insights about our culture, and explain the job roles and
opportunities available.
2. Aptitude Test (Round 1): 10:30AM- In campus
A 60-minute assessment to evaluate analytical and problem-solving skills.
Recruitment 3. Programming Test (Round 2): 12:00 Noon - In campus
Process: Candidates who clear the aptitude round will move to a 30-minute programming test.
4. Personal Interviews (Round 3): Company Premises
Shortlisted candidates from the programming round will be invited to our office for
the final stage, which includes two technical interviews followed by a managerial
round. Instant feedback will be provided after each interview, and successful
candidates will progress accordingly.
Note: Each stage of the recruitment process will be elimination-based. Candidates will be
evaluated at every step, and only those who meet the required criteria will progress to
the next stage.
All selected students will be part of a mandatory program called “KALPVRIKSHA”, initiated
