Central palace ka date in FIR and tickets provided

B.ed entrance (old mobile)

Mobile whtsapp chat

3. The petitioner was preparing for government jobs prior to The marriage and teaching
primary students at her neighbourhood. The education she has got do not fetch a good
income in Assam. However she could have further persued B.Ed if the respondent had
released her documents. The petitioner has lost 4 precious years to get either a gov job or
the B.ed because of the respondent party’s cruelty.

The bank details shown here are fake. Where’s the credibility of the source it has been
taken from.

The petitioner tried to run online business during the lockdown when respondent refuses
to pay any maintenance after suffering from chicken pox and covid. The Instagram
account @mistandandmeraki was founded by several girls in hope of selling and making
money which died down immediately after covid, without generating much income.

The respondent is wasting too much time trying to evade providing maintenance when
the HC has clearly given instruction that the case may be filed wherever the girl resides.

8. The amount of Rs. 50,000/ was presented on behalf of the petitioner by her aunt and
uncle (paternal aunt and husband) when asked from the respondent’s family in a goodwill
gesture of finality of their marriage after engagement in the month of April. The dowry was
asked in the form of a Bed, 2wheeler, Sofa, washing machine.

4. The petitioner has no motive to ruin her marriage, done in the society in front of all the
family members, spending 9 lakhs on a lavish wedding. (The whatsapp chat till the end of
2021 are present to prove her intention)

6. It is a fact that after the marriage, the petitioner went to Bihara for 2 days for performing
rituals in the village. Returned to Guwahati for finally leaving for Mumbai.

7. The journey was in a private vehicle for which the tickets can’t be produced.

9.
The bank details of the respondent party is provided by the father in law himself. The
petitioner earlier paid 10,000/ in cash, and 55,000/ through electronic means. Later
discussing among themselves, the father of the respondent wanted the dowry in cash.
Subsequently that year, during corona, when the girl was unable to fly back to Mumbai,
they took the opportunity to insult her parents for collecting electronic evidences against
them and not to return back to Mumbai.
The transferred amount was returned to threaten that the relation is over.
10. The mother of the respondent was always indicating greed for material and gold which
was observed by the respondent’s family. As the respondent was earning well and settled
in Mumbai, for the sake of the daughter, her paternal aunt and husband initiated the
payment of 50,000/

11. The transaction was marked as ‘gift to Relatives/Friends because the transaction was
done through https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/ portal and this is the best title describing the
kind of transaction from the dropdown (pic attached). Neither donation, deposit, rent,
education fees, nor repayment of Loan.
The respondent says it is preplanned under the guidance of her parents. No relative of the
girls side will ever imagine destroying the girl’s marriage life. Girl and her parents tried
convincing the respondents and parents, they were insulted and ridiculed saying she is
not fit for being a wife or daughter in law still they paid cash just in order to let the
daughter live happily. The matter was out to the relatives only after the respondent tried
to get engaged for the third time. Till then it was assumed the family will take her in again.

The mother in law and the petitioner went to vasai through train to meet the elder brother
of the respondent and his family happen to reside in Pune. The respondent along his
father joined them in Pune after completing his office hours. The flight back to Guwahati
was from Pune for all four members.

11. If the petitioner had paid only 50,000/ what was the need to pay her back 60,000/ in
return if they claim that the girl was preplanning to exort money from the party?
They paid the partial amount and restricted her to ever enter the matrimonial house
again. If they agree that the 50,000/ amount was paid by her aunt which they claim to
bought a bed and a mattress, why never returned the amount? This was clearly because
the name of the petitioner and her parents was not involved in the bank details but her
Aunts.

12. This was clearly illuminated in the court in the first draft that the amount of Rs. 100000
was paid in cash in two installments. The respondent is trying to misguide the court by
asking for evidence when he clearly knows that the very most reason for this event is
caused when the petitioner tried to pay electronically and refused to pay in cash. The
petitioner was never allowed to come back and instead asked for the dowry in cash.

Because the term dowry was not mentioned but only indications, like, ‘how will she
manage without a washing machine’, ‘ we have everything just provide a key they’ll
remain happy that way’ the indication here is the key to a flat or vehicle. respondent never
showed greed like his parents throughout the conversation they made before wedding.
Although he started asking for divorce after passing three months together.

13. Central palace date

14.
15. This proves the respondent has acquired the documents with himself forcefully even
after asking multiple times. The petitioner never claimed that she is not qualified or not
ready to work but the respondent rejected to give back the educational documents, Gold
and streedhan she carried along with her after marriage. The petitioner requested for the
same in the court earlier but the respondent have always claimed he did not have any of
her belongings.
The petitioner cleared the B.ed entrance exam in 2022 but was asked to present the
original documents hence could never start it.
The respondent knows it very well that the petitioner was preparing for Government jobs.
The time is wearing away the age for applying in any Gov jobs. So this is the request to the
courts to pass an order for reimbursement of the same.

16. The petitioner was earning through tutions and preparing for Gov Jobs prior to
marriage in 2019. But the inability to take up a job without the original documents had
lead her start online business for hardly 2 months. The respondent was trying to earn to
keep her stay as to not burden her parents anymore as they had spent 9 lakhs on her
wedding and were again arranging for 500000 to provide to the respondent. During
pandemic, the petitioner tried selling things online with group of 5 girls. The project lasted
few months, not even a year, earning a megre amount, till Dec 2021. The Instagram handle
is mistandmeraki, which is an inactive account. The number of followers, likes and
comment section will clearly show the state of it. Selling online in Instagram needs
advertising, which was not affordable by the team hence decided to come in front of the
camera for gaining followers.

16. The transaction showed below is a fake document. The respondent have the Bank
passbook of the petiotioner. If the court can acquire the PassBook with other documents,
the reality might be check throughout.

The whatsapp chat shown here is also as fake as the bank passbook. The AI is capable to
misguide the court easily. So this is a request not to entertain any electronic evidences
which can be doctored easily.

18. The petitioner is unemployed because of lack of her educational documents and
staying with her paternal family here in Silchar till the case is over. The question to the
respondent is, why he is not employed (at face value) when he is equally educated and
over that worked as a senior Director in an advertising company, having experience of 20
years, residing in an expensive city like Mumbai. The respondent is clearly hiding his
income when he is earning well above Rs. 2,00,000/ month.

19. husband earns or not he has to provide maintannce

20. The respondent is indulge in multiple affairs where he don’t have the requirement of a
wife. The family only needed a daughter in law for household works, dowry and one who
could earn for herself. The Ex wife had left him after knowing that he doesn’t require a
wife. The respondent was constantly asking for divorce after 3 months of marriage.
The night the petitioner left for the Hotel Imperial in Vasai, just near the residence, was
one of the nights when he didn’t came back from office since Friday till Sunday, saying he
has a party organized outside the city. This was regular at home. After work, he reaches
home late, enjoying night parties and drunk. After 5 months of repeated behaviour, the
petitioner lamented and decided to leave without informing.

21. When the respondent came to her house in December, the petitioner’s parents agreed
to receive a lumpsum amount for the time being but the respondent was already set to get
engaged to another girl. They took her to Central palace Hotel. They planned together to
chase me away as the full amount was not paid. The gold and other things were snatched
away.
The petitioner took help from her uncle in Vivekanand Road and filed an FIR after much
discussion at home.
