CSS Preparation Timetable (6 Months)

Daily Study Schedule

Total Study Time: ~7 hours/day (2 major subjects/day)

7:00 AM - 8:30 AM : Subject 1 - Deep Study

8:30 AM - 9:00 AM : Break

9:00 AM - 10:30 AM : Subject 1 - Practice / Notes

10:30 AM - 12:00 PM : Subject 2 - Lecture / Reading

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM : Break (Lunch + Prayer)

1:00 PM - 2:30 PM : Subject 2 - Practice / Writing

2:30 PM - 3:00 PM : Break

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM : MCQs / Vocabulary / Light Revision

Weekly Subject Rotation

Monday : English Essay (AM), Pakistan Affairs (PM)

Tuesday : English Precis & Composition (AM), General Science (PM)

Wednesday : Current Affairs (AM), Islamiat (PM)

Thursday : English Essay (AM), General Science / Math (PM)

Friday : English Precis & Composition (AM), Current Affairs (PM)

Saturday : Mock Tests / Revision (AM), Essay/MCQs Practice (PM)

Sunday : Rest / Light Reading / News Analysis

Subject-wise Focus Points

English Essay:

- Brainstorm outlines and practice one full essay per week

English Precis & Composition:


CSS Preparation Timetable (6 Months)

- Daily vocabulary, grammar exercises, precis writing twice a week

Current Affairs:

- Read newspapers daily, make notes, revise weekly current topics

Pakistan Affairs:

- Focus on history, ideology, constitution, and current linkage

Islamiat:

- Study Islamic teachings, contemporary issues, and Quranic references

General Science & Mathematics:

- Prepare for MCQs using past papers, focus on concepts & logical reasoning

Weekly Targets

- Essay: 1 full essay

- Precis: 2 practices

- MCQs: Practice 3-4 sessions

- Saturday: Full mock or past paper practice under timed conditions
