Certified that Sri/Smt/Ms SRI BHURARAM Slol Dlo/W/o Jeevan Ram Choudary is
permitted to run the Sweet Shop trade in the limits of GANGWAR Gram Panchayat in the
House bearing the No.: 67 in the name of BALAJI HARIRAM SWEET HOUSE subject to the
terms and conditions specified below. A Total Fee Rs. 800/- (Trade License Fee Rs.500/- and
Harithanidhi Rs 300/- ) is paid on 15/12/2023 for the Financial Year 2023 - 2024 and this
license shall be valid up to 31.3.2024.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.The Licence Certificate should be exhibited on the premises at a visible place for inspection
by the authorities. The Inspection Note Book should be keptto pass remarks after inspection.
2.Should maintain fire extinguisher affixed at a convenient place in the premises.
3.Shall not permit any activity in the said premises which can cause fire or otherwise
endanger the Public Safety.
4.The Public road in front of the establishment should not be encroached by
temporary/permanent structures etc. causing nuisance and hindrance to public convenience
and health.
5.Should maintain a garbage bin of min 40 liters capacity and the garbage collected must be
handed over to the sanitary staff when they visit or to be dumped at anearby garbage point
and not on the roads.
6.The License is not transferable and must be renewed every year well in advance
before
expiry of Licence period.
7.In case of any complaints received against the firm and which are proved, the
said
permission will be cancelled without any prior information.
8.In case of any mishap, the Trade Licence Holder has to
per the Rules & Regulations of Labour Act. compensate to the concerned as
