February 2025 – up to now Project Manager with AL BARGA CONTRACTING
NEOM – TROJENA - Tabuk province – Saudi Arabia (Infrastructure Contractor)
 Lake Contractor Camp Project – 90 million SAR
 Project Area: 400,000 m² - Number of Buildings: 100 - Infrastructure Contract Value: SAR 95 million.
 Project Purpose: Full infrastructure development for a camp designed to accommodate 10,000 residents.
Key Responsibilities:
 Managing the full scope of infrastructure works including:
 Water systems: potable, firefighting, storm water, sewage, and irrigation
 Electrical networks: MV, LV, Earthing, and ICT.
 Switch-gear room, Diesel tanks, GLS tanks, and Pump rooms for all utility networks.
 Public and recreational facilities: Football field, Cricket ground, Paddle courts (2), Tennis court, and Swimming pool.
 Hardscape includes walkways, green areas, trees, and shrubs.
Design Contributions:
 Personally, led the design of road networks including grading, slopes, and leveling for efficient storm water management
 Designed the entire hardscape and landscape plan to complement architectural and utility layouts

 NEOM – Mega project in Sharma - Tabuk province – Saudi Arabia (PMC) - Outstanding Performance in
2021
“A vision of what a New Future might look like the project has an estimated cost of 500 billion $.
The project is a cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. It is incorporate smart city technologies
and function as a tourist destination. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, and Jordan. It is covering a total
area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.
 Team member in establishing and adjusting more than 450 control points for NEOM project to be ready for contractors to start their
projects by setting lines and levels to each construction location and elsewhere as needed to locate each element of the projects.

 Sindalah Island Project – Luxury Project (15 billion) SAR - June 2022 – Jan 2025
Lead Senior Surveyor
The client called my name to lead the survey team on the first permanent project in NEOM. The project spans 800,000 m2
and includes an ultra-luxury and upper-upscale resort, a village, restaurants, VIP villas, a golf course, and a Four Seasons
Hotel.
 Responsibilities
• Lead the survey team in delivering the project on time and with quality and accuracy in accordance with NEOM
standards.
• Coordination between designer and contractors, review of IFC design dwg and proposed design solutions.
• Guide all contractor’s survey methodology by verifying the Survey Method of Statement, ITP, and Checklist regarding to
NEOM Survey Procedure.
• Follow up with PMC’s Senior Surveyors to ensure all survey works done on-site as per the approved procedure and
approved dwg.
• Direct contact with the QS department and the Commercial Department to ensure that all invoices submitted by
contractors match the site implementation by verifying the quantities.
• Coordination with other disciplines to ensure that all intersections are resolved prior to on-site construction.
 Laydown Yard and Batching Plants, ALHARBI Street Lighting & Water Network, Elseif Two Warehouses, FAMSCO
Satellite office, NEOM Logistic Administration Building, and Neom Truck Service Center.

• Verifying the accuracy of the Primary and Auxiliary control points of every project by inspecting the distribution and adjusting, to
help the setting roads, lines, and levels regarding to NEOM Topographic Survey Procedure and method statement.
• Checking all Survey instruments and their calibration certificates regarding the MST and ITP.
• Verifying the topographic survey of NGL to start the quantities calculation for Cut and Fill regarding to NEOM Topographic Survey
Procedure and method statement.
• Follow up, inspecting and verifying the accuracy of survey works, by reviewing the soft copy of WIRs and inspecting on site and
complete them on Aconex.
• Guide and direct the contractors survey groups by reviewing the required data to accomplish the works with required accuracy and
quality.
• Reviewing and approving all shop drawings and as-built drawings related to survey for technical accuracy and quality control.
• Manage all survey works and calculations by reviewing +30 surveying WIRs daily, then inspecting and verifying all survey works at site
to ensure achieve the required accuracy and quality as per survey procedure and method statement and complete all WIRs on
Aconex.
• Manage all earth works Quantities (Cut and Fill) conducted on site by inspection at site and extraction the quantities by Civil 3D
software to support the commercial team to finalize the issued invoices from the contractors.
• Coordinate with Engineering Department to review and take the final action for the as built drawings and shop drawings related to
survey to achieve the accuracy with quality.
• Coordinate with the GIS department and provide them with the information, data and KML, KMZ shapefiles (Google Earth models)
required to link all projects together.
• Inspect the axis and the levels of the plates and anchors before installation the column and the verticality after installation regarding
to the survey procedure and method statement.
• Follow up, inspecting and verifying the survey works for landscape, road, infrastructure, and utility area foundations and walls to
achieve the required accuracy and quality as per survey procedure and method statement.

 NEOM Camp 200 Expansion and Offices Area (100 million SAR).
Senior Surveyor (Landscape, Roads, Infra, Sports courts, Tennis court, Channel, Berm, and Porta Cabins)
 Responsibilities:
• Inspect and adjusting control points to set lines and levels.
• Follow up and verified the topographic survey for NGL to start the quantities calculation for backfill as per survey
procedure and method statement.
• Follow up, inspecting and verifying the accuracy of survey works, by reviewing the soft copy and inspecting at site and
complete all WIRs on Aconex.
• Guide and direct the contractor survey group to conduct all survey works by reviewing the required data to accomplish

 NEOM Visitor Experience Center (286 million SAR)


Senior Surveyor (Mass grading, Infra, Construction, Steel structure, Cladding, Landscape, and Roads) NEOM Experience Center is a
Design & Build Project, Iconic building designed for high officials meeting, showrooms and state of the art screens to present and
highlight aspects of NEOM future. Scope also includes An ICONIC and A high-tech Steel Structure building, Landscape, Utility area,
Car parking, and Roads.
 Responsibilities:
• Inspect and adjusting control points to set lines and levels.
• Follow up and verified the topographic survey for NGL to start the quantities calculation for backfill regarding the
survey procedure and method statement.
• Inspect the axis and the levels of the plates and anchors before installation the column and the verticality after
installation regarding to the survey procedure and method statement.
• Follow up, inspecting and verifying the survey works for landscape, road, infrastructure, and utility area foundations
and walls to achieve the required accuracy and quality as per survey procedure and method statement.
• Guide the field and technical surveying crew and ensuring that all survey data exported to the site crew are correct.
• Review all drawings (IFC and Shop drawings) related to survey works.
• Follow up the implementation of the as-built drawings to clarify all details.

• Follow up, inspecting and verifying the survey works by reviewing soft copy and inspecting at site and complete all

control.

05/2018 – 04/2019 Saudi BinLadin Group in Sharma - Saudi Arabia 


(NEOM) Airport Project in Sharma-Tabuk (350 million SAR).
Senior QC Surveyor (Runway, Taxiway, Turn-Pad, Aprons, Helipad, Royal Terminal, and Service buildings)
 Team leader for 12 survey groups and technical survey office.
• Establishing and adjusting control points to set lines and levels to each location of construction and elsewhere as
needed to locate each element of the project.
• Establish survey procedure and method statement for survey works.
• Guide the field and technical surveying crew.
• Follow up all survey works and ensure the works accomplished as per quality and survey procedure, then submit all
WIR to the consultant.
• Coordinate all other sections to avoid utilities intersection.
• Review all quantities (concrete, asphalt, cut, and backfill material) to support the commercial team to finalize the
issued invoices from sub-contractors.
• Review all survey drawings, profiles, cross-sections, and road marking before submitting them to the consultant.

3/2014 – 5/2018 AECOM in Saudi Arabia


 WAS Project (Waad Al Shamal) with National Water Company (1.2 billion SAR)
The project is a 450 km Transmission Water Lines (GRP Pipes) to the Project of King Abdullah for Waad Al Shamal City
Senior Surveyor (Turaif to Skaka through Arar, 450 km GRP Water Pipeline).
• Inspect and adjusting control points to set lines and levels.
• Follow up, inspecting and verifying the survey works, soft copy, and at the site.
• Review all profiles, sections and shop drawings related to survey works.
• Guide the technical survey team to solve the levels issue (Area 7) in proper way and as per site condition within
required accuracy and quality.

 Al-Khurma Housing and Infrastructure Project in Taif (330 million SAR).


The project is a "Ready-made villas" project being undertaken by MOH. The project covering a total area 500,000 m2.

 King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh (29 billion SAR)
The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is a new development and smart construction buildings project being
undertaken by the Riyadh Investment Corporation on behalf of the Pension Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The
Mega-project consists of 59 towers in an area of 1.6 million square meters. Provides more than 3 million square meters of
space for various uses, 62,000 parking spaces and accommodation for 12,000 residents. Senior Surveyor (Zone 5)
• Manage the establishing and adjusting control points to set lines and levels to each location of construction as per the
survey procedure.
• Lead of Technical Office in external work section (Survey data, Profiles, Cross sections and Design of Roads and Yards).
• Guide the field surveying crew and ensure the works accomplish as per quality and survey procedure, then submit all
WIR to the consultant.
• Coordinate with consultant for inspecting the WIRs.

 King Saud University (KSU) project in Riyadh (16 billion SAR)

the works and guide the crew to accomplish with required accuracy and quality.
• Guide the field surveying crew and ensure the works accomplished as per quality and survey procedure, then submit

7/2007 – 8/2009 Omar Abu Saad Company in Amman-Jordan
 Project of Extension of the Potash Warehouse in Aqaba (Main Contractor)
Survey Team Leader (Steel Structure Warehouse with Railroads and Service buildings).
• I received a reward at the end of the project for completing the warehouse extension without any errors.
• Establishing and adjusting control points.
• Complete as built for the existing warehouse and roads to ensure the extension is made with the required accuracy.
• Fixture the required axis points and ensure the distance and angels.
• Lead and direct the survey group to conduct all survey works by preparing the required data and distribute the works
and guide the crew to accomplish with required accuracy and quality.  Saraya Al Aqaba Project in Aqaba –
Jordan (Main Contractor) (600 million $).

• Lead the survey group (5 Surveyors and 8 assistants) to conduct all survey works by preparing the required data and
distribute the works and guide the crew to accomplish with required accuracy and quality.

• Lead the survey group (3 Surveyors and 5 assistants) to conduct all survey works by preparing the required data and
distribute the works and guide the crew to accomplish with required accuracy and quality.
