cultivated andfertile in nature. The land suitable forirrigated by two tubewell.

Situation:-
The area is very good for Shop Purpose with all facilities such as Water Supply, Electricity, Telephone
Lines etc.

Value of Shop:-
I made independent inquires regards to the Value of the Shop from the property dealers
& neighboureres. In My opinion that the value of the Shop in this area is not less that @Rs. 42,500 per
