EKONIVA is one of the largest projects in Moscow worth 77627 MLN RUB/1066 MLN USD.
EKONIVA is the number 1 raw milk producer in Russia. Established in 1994, the company now
owns 630,000 hectares of farmland and over 110,000 dairy cows, employs advanced
technologies and adheres to the sustainability principles. The founder of EKONIVA Group
personally guarantees the quality of each dairy product. EKONIVA is happy to share its
wholesome and nutritious dairy with people all over the world.

We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for our EKONIVA Project as per the following
terms & conditions.
Job Title : PACKING WORKS
Category : International worker
Monthly Salary : USD 750 (Equivalent Russian Rubbles)
Contract Duration : 2 years and renewable by mutual consent
Working Days/Hours : 9 hours (8+1)/ day, 26 days/ month
Probation period : 90 days
Airplane Ticket : Provided by Company
Food : Provided by Company
Accommodation : Provided by Company
Start Date : Immediately, upon arrival in Russia
Annual leave / vacation : 21 days paid leave per year with round trip air ticket

Other Benefits: Accommodation Facilities: Twin sharing room, western and Indian food, other sport
utilities, Commute transportation between accommodation and site during the working days, Pick-up
service between the accommodation and local airport, Duty meals on the site, Safety tools, clothes and
shoes.
Please note that the above mentioned terms and conditions are valid only if the above mentioned
documents are given in order to apply for the Russian employment visa under Russian immigration laws.
Medical Examination: You are required to submit a medical examination report from a medical
screening provider demonstrating your fitness.

Home Country Background Check Report: You are required to provide Apostle Update from
your Ministry of External affairs home country for verification to be budged by the Local
Government

Certification Requirement: You will be required to provide a copy of all certifications that are identified
in the job description as required for the position. These certifications must remain valid for the duration
of employment.

Passport: You must have a national passport valid for at least 1 year.

Permits and Residency: You must be able to obtain and maintain all necessary approvals and permits
to keep a Work Residency if required. Arrangements or these procedures will be processed through our
Sponsor, if applicable, at no cost to you.

International Travel Insurance: You are required to submit an international travel insurance issued by
any US or European insurance provider for a minimum coverage of $100000 for 3 months. Expenses
incurred for this will be reimbursed upon joining.
Special Note Regarding Russia Tax system for prospective international employees:
EKONIVA Group is required to withhold income taxes from employees working in Moscow, Russia.
Currently, the flat rate for Russia’s PIT (Personal Income Tax) withholding is up to 15% of the Annual
Income for all international employees.
This offer is based upon a vacancy which will be filled by the first available, best qualified candidate. As a
result,we recommend that you do NOT resign from your current position until you have successfully met
all the contingencies identified in this offer AND we have notified you confirming your authorization to
depart form your point of recruitment and travel to the EKONIVA’s joining office or the assigned work site
to begin working. Any costs or liability that you incur prior to receiving this notification are at your own
discretion and risk. EKONIVA Group does not assume any liability for your personal decisions, including
your decision to resign from employment.
