BTP account for Global account for Gainwell, dev and Qas, prod.
Step 1: Log in to BTP COCKPIT.
Step 2: Provide appropriate password. sign in.
Step 3: User need to create GLOBAL Account in BTP cockpit. Click on security. Click on the user in
dropdown. Next click on create.
Note: Make sure User is creating account under Gainwell Technologies.
Step 4: Provide Users gamail as user name in ‘New User’ Prompt. By default email will be filled.Click on
create button.
Note: User name and Email will be same.
Step 5: check if the user has been created, by searching the username. If user is visible
click on arrow as shown below. It will show an overview of the user profile.
Step 6: Click on additional option(three dots). Next,click on assign role collection.
Step 7: Tick on global account security administrator-Copy and click on assign role collection.
Note:After Creating Global account need to create subaccounts.Click on Account Exploer
in navbar.User will able to see subaccounts.Create sub accounts for Gainwell CPI Dev And
Qas,Prod.
Step 8: Click on Dev and Qas.
Step 9: Then in security dropdown need to select users. start creating subaccount by clicking
on create.
Step 10: Provide Users gamail as user name in ‘New User’ Prompt. By default email will be filled.Click on
create button.

Step 13: Tick on subaccount administrator and click on assign role collection.
Step 14: Click on Gainwell Prod. Then in security dropdown need to select users. start creating
subaccount by clicking on create.
Step 15: Provide Users gmail as user name in ‘New User’ Prompt. By default email will be
filled.Click on create button.
Note: User name and Email will be same.
Step 16: Click on arrow.In overview find additional option(three dots). Next,click on assign role
collection.
Step 17: Tick on subaccount administrator and click on assign role collection.
Step 18: BTP account has been created.
