• First fixing works
1. Internal water supply and drainage piping works
a. Work all complete, all pipeline has also been tested
2. External water supply and drainage piping works
a. 90% work complete, connection of hot water and drainage of West side villas
remaining, work on progress, will be complete in 5 days
b. Pipe laying for overflow of soak pit to road drainage remaining, need
confirmation from client’s side on whether to connect soak pit over flow to road
drainage or not to continue work, will be complete in 7 days, also depends on
construction of soak pit and septic tank on west side.
3. Rainwater gutter pipe connection
a. Work not started due to incompletion of rainwater gutter connector, work will
start for completion of said work and will take 4-5 days to complete
4. External firefighting piping works
a. Work almost 95% complete, work on going, will be complete in 6-7 days
5. Sprinkler piping works
a. Work complete for 8 ground floor rooms, 8 first floor rooms remaining, work on
progress, will be complete in 8-15 days
6. Swimming pool piping works
a. Swimming pool pipeline works complete, pipe laying from pool to pump room
remaining, work will start next week and will be complete in 5-6 days
7. Overhead water tank installation and piping works
a. Work remaining, need water tank metal stand to be constructed first to
commence work, once started work will be complete in 3-4 days
• Second fixing works
1. Sanitary fixtures installation works
a. Work remaining, work will start after completion of tiling, false ceiling and
painting works, it will take 2 days per room to complete work
2. Sprinkler heads installation works
a. Work remaining, work will start after completion of false ceiling and painting
works, it will take 1 day per room to complete work
3. Firefighting equipment installation works
a. Work remaining, work will start after completion of landscaping and associated
civil works, work will be complete in 4-5 days
4. Swimming pool mechanical equipment installation work
a. Work remaining, work will start after completion of finishing of machine room
and tiling in swimming pool, work will take 3-4 days to complete
5. Heat pump installation work
a. Work remaining, work will start after completion of villa rooms and construction
of platform for heat pump, work will take 2-3 days to complete
6. Pump room Plumbing and Firefighting work
a. Work remaining, work will be started after completion of external and internal
plumbing, sanitary and firefighting works and completion of water tank and
pump room waterproofing and finishing, work will take 5-7 days to complete
