Process Engineer - March 11, 2025 to Present
• Oversee daily production and stock reports in MS Excell and Odoo.
• Monitor process parameters, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Ensure product meets required specifications (acid concentration, purity, etc.).
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials (sulfur, SO₂, catalysts) and final products.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (SO₂ emissions, effluent treatment, air pollution
control).
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for plant shutdowns and turnarounds.
• Supervise plant operators, engineers, and technical staff.
• Manage raw material inventory (sulfur, vanadium catalyst, etc.) and coordinate procurement.
FAISALABAD OIL REFINERY (500 MTD PHYSICAL REFINERY), PORT QASIM, KARACHI

• Independent running of Physical Refinery with standard parameters

220 MTPD Sulfuric Acid:
