Preface,
Day trading is no longer what it used to be. Every passing day, the market feels heavier, more
complex, and less forgiving. What once looked like a simple game of charts and candlesticks has
now become a battlefield dominated by quantitative trading firms, billion-dollar hedge funds, and prop
firms with massive capital allocations. Their presence doesn’t just influence the market—it bends it,
distorts it, and often leaves retail traders gasping for clarity.

If you’ve ever felt that the market is rigged against you, that no matter how hard you study, you’re
always a step too late—then you are not alone. I have been there, and I know that pain. I have seen
traders burn through their savings, lose confidence, and even question if trading was ever meant for
them.

But here’s the truth most traders don’t hear enough:

Markets may be complex, but they are not impossible. Over the last 6+ years, my team and I have
witnessed countless microstructures—patterns hidden in plain sight—that move with remarkable
predictability when studied over large sample sizes. These are not “get-rich-quick” shortcuts. They are
probabilistic edges, strategies that can be executed manually with discipline, patience, and risk
management.

The HFTS Trading System was born from this journey. It isn’t magic. It isn’t a guarantee. What it is—
when combined with emotional discipline and sound risk practices—is a lifeline for traders who feel
like they are drowning. It has helped struggling traders stabilize sinking accounts, regain lost
confidence, and even scale into life-changing profits.

Through this SOP, my mission is simple:

• To decode the sophistication of the stock market into an executable system.

• To retrain your discipline, so you never again sabotage yourself by breaking your own rules.

• To equip you with a framework that prioritizes survival first, and sustainable profits next.

This manual is not just about charts and setups. It’s about rebuilding your relationship with trading—
from chaos and emotion, to structure and probability. And if you follow it with respect and discipline, it
will become the compass that prevents you from repeating past mistakes.

I have seen what happens when traders give up too early. And I have also seen what happens when
they commit to learning, practicing, and evolving the right way. My sincere wish is that this SOP
becomes the turning point in your journey—the moment you stop playing a losing game, and start
building a trader’s career worth being proud of.

I wish you strength, clarity, and consistency in your trading journey.

With regards,
CA. Mohammed Kasim

Final Chart Should Look Like This

Setup 01: Large Participation Positive (LP+)
Setup Logic:
This setup appears when we see a strong bullish candle with no wicks that closes above the
VWAP. Such candles are not random—they’re often the result of large institutions executing bulk
buy orders through market orders. Because these orders hit the market aggressively, they create
what’s known as a “squeeze candle” or “large participation candle.”

When this type of candle forms above VWAP, it signals that big money is stepping in with
conviction. As a result, there’s a high probability of continued upward momentum from the
VWAP level, since institutions typically execute in phases rather than a single shot.

Why VWAP Matters

VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) is more than just another line on the chart—it’s the
benchmark price institutions use to measure fair value.

• Large funds and trading desks use VWAP algorithms to accumulate or distribute
positions without moving the market too drastically.

• By executing near VWAP, they ensure they’re getting a balanced average price compared
to the day’s trading activity.

• When price breaks and closes strongly above VWAP with institutional-sized orders, it often
signals that the market will ride that momentum higher, as the buying pressure is not
yet exhausted.

In short: VWAP is where the “smart money” plays, and LP+ setups show us when that smart
money is pushing prices higher.

9
Buy Entry Condition

• Wait for a no-wick bullish breakout candle (strong body, closes above VWAP).

• Confirm candle closes fully above VWAP (not just a wick).

• Enter immediately after the close of the breakout candle.

Stop Loss Placement

• Place Stop Loss just below VWAP (to avoid false breakouts).

• Add a small buffer below the initial reference level (support zone) for safety.

• This ensures your SL protects you if price slips back under institutional entry zones.

Target / Take Profit

• Target at 1:2 Risk-Reward Ratio (for example, if SL is 20 points, aim for 40 points).

Checklist for Trade Execution

Candle must be a large bullish, no-wick close above VWAP.

Enter at candle close, not before.
Stop Loss = VWAP − buffer.
Target = SL × 2 (1:2 R:R).

10
Setup 02: Large Participation Negative (LP−)
Setup Logic

This setup forms when a large, no-wick bearish candle closes below VWAP.

• Such candles represent institutional sell programs or bulk market sell orders executed
aggressively.

• These candles are often called “liquidation candles” or “large participation negatives”
because they’re driven by heavy selling pressure.

• When they form below VWAP, it signals that big money is unloading positions, increasing
the probability of a further downside move from VWAP.

Why VWAP?

VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) is the gold standard benchmark for institutions because
it represents the fair value of a stock based on both price and volume, making it more reliable than
a simple average. Large funds use VWAP algorithms to accumulate or distribute positions
stealthily, slicing huge orders into smaller ones to minimize market impact and slippage. Since
execution performance is often judged relative to VWAP, traders aim to buy below it and sell
above it, which naturally turns VWAP into a liquidity magnet where most institutional flow takes
place. This widespread usage by ETFs, algo desks, and portfolio managers not only provides
transparency and accountability to clients but also makes VWAP a self-fulfilling price zone—the
level where “smart money” quietly enters and exits the market.

11
Sell Entry Condition

• Wait for a no-wick bearish breakout candle (strong body, closes below VWAP).
• Confirm the candle closes fully below VWAP (not just a wick).
• Enter immediately after the close of the breakout candle.

Stop Loss Placement

• Place Stop Loss just above VWAP (to avoid false breakdowns).
• Add a small buffer above the initial reference level (resistance zone) for safety.
• This ensures your SL protects you if price retests VWAP before continuing down.

Target / Take Profit

• Target at 1:2 Risk-Reward Ratio (for example, if SL is 20 points, aim for 40 points).

Checklist for Trade Execution

Candle must be a large bearish, no-wick close below VWAP.

Enter at candle close, not before.
Stop Loss = VWAP + buffer.
Target = SL × 2 (1:2 R:R).

When Should Not Trade?
1. Wild Price Action (Indecision Market)

• Avoid when candles show large wicks on both sides → indicates uncertainty, traps, and
lack of institutional clarity.

2. Overextended Volatility

• Skip trades during extremely huge candles with violent back-to-back movements, as
these often represent panic reactions, not controlled institutional flow.

3. Flat VWAP / No Clear Trend

• If VWAP and trend meter remain flat, it signals a sideways market with no strong
participation → probability of whipsaws is high.

4. Major News / Policy Events

• Stay out during high-impact events (e.g., RBI policy announcements, budget speech, Fed
rate decision, election results) when spreads widen and volatility becomes erratic.

Rule of Thumb: Trade only when price action is clean, directional, and aligned with VWAP — stand
aside when markets are noisy or manipulated by news-driven volatility.

15
Trading Rules to Follow
No-Trade Triggers
