Under the instruction and on behalf of the Complainant this is to inform you the
addressee as on behalf of Mr. Sanjit Kumar, residing at Chamber No M8
Western Wing Tis Hazari Court, Delhi- 110054, hereby serve you this legal
Notice as under -
1) That the complainant @Sanjit Kumar applied on 26.07.2021 for the
job titled as Document Verification Executive at the addressee
@Comparic Solution Pvt Ltd at D-100/A 4th Floor St no. 4 Laxmi
Nagar New Delhi Exit Metro Gate No-5 P.No-31 Near RK Traders
which was duly accepted and a joining letter was delivered to me by
the addressee.
2) That thereafter the addressee called the complainant for Interview at Laxmi
Nagar. After conducting the interview HR Manager, the addressee no.2 asked
the complainant to give Rs 10000 in response of which the complainant paid
Rupees 9600/- in cash on 6 August, 2021 and transferred the balance of rupees
400/- by Paytm from 8076245450 to the addressee no. on paytm 7838636277 in
two parts that is Rupees 100/- on 6th August,2021 and Rupees 300/- 10th
August, 2021.
3) That addressee no. 2 gave the complainant the letter for joining and
told that the job location till Evening of 10th August,2021.
4) The Complainant waited the whole day but did not receive any job
location on that day.
5) That the Complainant called addressee no.1 and 2 for the location.
That the addressee no. 2 told that the amount is still pending. After
completion of full payment of amount the complainant will get the
location.
6) That the Complainant after making many calls got location for job i.e.
Green Ayurvedic near Marble Market, Mangolpuri. That the addressee
was asked to go to the above mentioned location on 11th August,2021
which was the very next day for interview. That the Complainant told
the addressee no.2 that about the interview already being taken.
7) That the addressee told the complainant that he will be asked about
Company Procedure rules & regulations etc.
8) That the Complainant called Ms. Anju on no. 9811199201 whose
number which was provided by the addressee no.2 about the interview
that was to be conducted and asked about the working hours and the
monthly salary to which she replied that the Green Ayurvedic near
Marble Market, Mangolpuri only provides calling work and salary not
exceeding Rupees 8000/- whereas it was mentioned in the joining
letter that the salary will be provided between Rupees 12000/- to
15000/-
9) The Complainant didn’t get the job so his amount should be given back
for sake of brevity.
That the complainant hereby call you on his behalf through this notice to
make payment of 10000Rs. within 7 days of receipt of this notice, failing
which complainant will be constrained to initiate legal proceeding against
your company, entirely at your risk as to the cost and consequences of
any such legal action.
That you are further liable to pay a sum of Rs. 10,000/- towards this legal
notice.
Copy kept in my office for further proceedings in near future.
