Dear Sir,
We refer to:
1. Application for Allotment by Sale of Unit in Project Park Elite Premium at Haryana,Haryana.
2. Letter issued by BPTP requesting for payment against provisional booking/registration with regard to
Unit No.D-701 in Project Park Elite Premium at Haryana Haryana.
The documents listed in items 1 is referred to herein as the "Agreements". The document listed in item 2, 3
and this Letter are collectively referred to herein as the "Reminders".
Please take notice that,
1. We write with reference to your obligations under the Agreements and our earlier written and oral
Reminders sent to you in respect of the above captioned unit providing you adequate notice, reminder and
opportunity to remit a sum of Rs. 10,75,808 to us immediately.
2. We note from our records that you have not deposited an outstanding amount of Rs.10,75,808 towards
the payment/installment in respect of the said unit as per the payment terms opted by you in the Agreements.
Through this communication, we request you again to immediately pay such amount as per the details given
below:-

3. As you are aware all overdue payments are subject to charging of interest @ 10% p.a. for the period of
delay (i.e. for the period commencing from respective due date of each installment to the date of payment of
overdue amount).
4. You will appreciate that your failure to adhere to the payment schedule and make full and timely payment
impacts our ability to fulfill our obligations to you and other customers and consequently prejudicially affects your
rights along with other customers right under the Agreements. Accordingly, we request you to immediately
comply with the terms of this letter.
5. Neither the forbearance, failure nor any delay by us in exercising any right, power, or privilege under the
terms of the Agreements and/or any communications or Reminders to you shall operate as a waiver of such

right, power or privilege, and no single or partial exercise of any such right, power or privilege will preclude any
other or further exercise of such right, power or privilege or the exercise of any other right, power or privilege
available to us contractually or under law. No such waiver will be deemed, or will constitute, a continuing waiver
unless otherwise expressly so provided.
In case, you have already remitted the payments mentioned herein you may ignore this reminder letter.

3. Please ensure that you indicate your name, unit number, customer code (as mentioned on top of this letter)
and telephone/mobile number on the reverse of the cheque/draft. In case of RTGS/NEFT also provide your
bank transaction reference number, amount and transaction date to us on e-mail id
