Job Description

Job Title: Software Engineer Trainee


Location: Bhubaneswar
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 2 - 3 LPA
Probation Period: 6 months. During this time, the organization will closely evaluate the employee’s
performance, adaptability, and growth potential.
Bond Period: Selected candidates will be required to sign an 18-month bond with the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms
including social media, email, search engines, and content marketing.
- Create and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and
social media updates.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, and adjust
strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing
goals.
- Oversee Digital marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance
analysis.
- Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

Requirements and Desired Skills:


- BE /B.Tech, High dedication and fair organisation skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.
- Understanding of web development and optimization of data.
- Understanding of Email Service Providers and MTA (Mail Transfer Agent).
- Ability to design HTML templates (mailers or campaigns).
- Knowledge of email filters.
- Good communication skills for interacting with foreign clients.
