PUBLISHER’S NOTE

All praise and thanks are due to Allah, “the Exalted,” Lord o f the
worlds. Blessings and peace be upon the last o f the prophets and
messengers Muhammad who delivered the Message as revealed to
him and upon the members o f his family, his Companions and all
those who follow his footsteps until the Last Day.

“Paradise and Hell” is a central issue o f any religion. Paradise is the

ultimate goal o f every believing soul while the chief purpose o f all
the struggles o f this life is to save oneself from the torments o f Hell.

Paradise and Hell is the 3rd and last part o f “The Final Day” sub
series, o f Dr. Al-Ashqar’s ‘Aqeedah (Islamic Creed) Series. Dr. Al-
Ashqar has earned wide-spread recognition for his work on the
esteemed ‘Aqeedah series due to his strict adherence to the original
sources - the Q ur’an and the Sunnah. Al-hamdu lillah, the book is
well received by the readers o f both Arabic and English. This is the
fourth revised and improved edition o f the book with a number of
corrections and additions made in accordance with the latest Arabic
version. Realizing the importance and significance o f the book,
efforts are underway to publish it in other languages also. Our French
translation is ready to go to press.
May Allah bless with acceptance the efforts o f the writer and all those
associated with the production o f this great work.
