Payment of premium by you for Tata AIG MediCare Premier TATHLIP26052V052526 shall be considered as your consent to migrate
to revised product.
Prohibition of Rebates – Section 41 of Insurance Act, 1938 as Amended by Insurance Laws (Amendment) Act, 2015:
1. No person shall allow or offer to allow, either directly or indirectly, as an inducement to any person to take out or renew or
continue an insurance in respect of any kind of risk relating to lives or property in India, any rebate of the whole or part of
the commission payable or any rebate of the premium shown on the Policy, nor shall any person taking out or renewing or
continuing a Policy accept any rebate, except such rebate as may be allowed in accordance with the published
prospectuses or tables of the Insurer.
2. Any person making default in complying with the provisions of this section shall be liable for a penalty which may extend
to ten lakh rupees.
Section 64 VB of Insurance Act:
Commencement of the risk cover under the Policy is subject to receipt of Premium by TATA AIG General Insurance Company

Conditions for Non-Disclosures (Applicable only for Sum Insured Enhancement):
If, you wish to declare any illness/disease/ailment/injury - and/or any adverse findings from any diagnostic tests which were
encountered/diagnosed for any of the Insured Persons, from first Policy inception date with TATA AIG, you may please get in
touch with TATA AIG, prior to renewal of this Policy.
Non-disclosure of any illness/disease/ailment/injury before inception of your Policy, may lead to denial of claim, termination
of Policy or denial of eligibility for enhanced Sum Insured, subject to moratorium period condition.
In case of enhanced Sum Insured, please note that non-disclosure of any illness/disease/ailment/injury after first policy
inception date with TATA AIG, may lead to denial of claim and/or reversal of such enhanced Sum Insured wherein Policy may
be continued basis the Sum Insured as applicable prior to Date of Sum Insured enhancement, subject to moratorium period
condition.
Please note that you will be migrated from your existing Tata AIG MediCare Premier TATHLIP24159V042324 to Tata AIG MediCare
Premier TATHLIP26052V052526, and you will need to make the appropriate premium payment before the due date to ensure
continuity of coverage.
Please pay your premium by cheque drawn in favor of 'TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited' or through online/digital
mode.
