Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam (MPJN) intends to engage an Agency for Preparation of Detailed Project Report
for Damoh Bulk Water Supply Scheme, District Damoh in Madhya Pradesh through Least Cost Based
Selection (LCBS) method. Bids are invited online through Madhya Pradesh Government E-Procurement
Portal from empanelled consultants under EOI No. 2013/02/Tech./MPJN/2024 Dated 25/01/2024.

Terms:
1. Detailed NIT can be seen and downloaded from the Madhya Pradesh Government E-Procurement Portal
(https://mptenders.gov.in).
2. Cost of Tender Document and EMD of required amount is to be submitted online on Madhya Pradesh
Government E-Procurement Portal.
3. The schedule for bidding process is specified as critical dates on the Madhya Pradesh Government E-
Procurement Portal.
4. The Pre-bid meeting will be held as per schedule mentioned on Madhya Pradesh Government E-Procurement
Portal at MPJN head office, Bhopal.
5. The bidder shall calculate and submit online in Cover-2 its Bid Capacity as per Schedule - 1 given in the tender
document. The financial bids shall be opened in the descending order according to PAC of the bids due for
opening on the scheduled date. The financial offer of the bidder whose bid capacity is exhausted or is lower than
the PAC given in the NIT shall not be opened.
6. MPJN will not be responsible for any delay in submission of Bid due to any reason.
7. The Client will select the Consultant in accordance with the LCBS (Least Cost Based Selection) method.
8. Bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 Days (One Hundred Twenty Days) from the last date of submission
of bid.
9. Bidders shall provide all the required certificates and documents, to establish eligibility, as part of the Technical
Proposal during online bid submission. The complete evaluation shall be based on the online submission before
last date of bid submission. Client shall evaluate the eligibility of the Bidder solely based on the online
submissions as part of the Technical Proposal. MPJN will not ask for any clarification, nor any additional
information will be considered for evaluation after last date of bid submission.
10. MPJN reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, cancel the bidding process and reject all bids, at any time
prior to the award of contract, without incurring any notice and answerability to the affected bidder or bidders
or any obligation to inform the affected bidder or bidders regarding the grounds for the decision.
