CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR
Worked with Nevo Pignone, Kirloskar, natural gas lifting centrifugal compressor with Liquid
film seal and dry gas seal system with various capacities. Involved in seal changing, bearing changing
and its seal and Lube oil circuits accessories Maintenance. Worked in Dresser Clark, Dresser Rand
(France), Kawasaki Cooper (Japan) and Nuvo Pignone (Italy) natural gas pumping and Gas Lift
Centrifugal Compressors with seal and dry gas seal system with various capacities.

● Split type with liquid film seal (floating) and dry Gas Mechanical seals

● Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting

VALVE
Service and operation inspection of all types of valve like Ball valve, Globe valve, Plug
valves, Gate valve, Globe valve, Butterfly valve, Diaphragm valve, Non return valve.
MEASURING INSTRUMENTS HANDLING:
Dial Gauge (for alignment) Inside micrometer, outside micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Spirit
Level, feeler Gauge.
FIRE AND GAS EQUIPMENTS:
Operating dry chemical power, CO2 extinguishers Water sprinkle system, Fusible plugs,
deluge valve operation fire monitor and hydrant operations. Fire and gas planet automation
manually release system, fire and gas detectors. Flare fuel gas system and water seal system etc.
Distillation columns:
Involved in modification works of bi-frac tray, shieve tray. Inspection of trays, down
comers, truss and supporting beams. Assembling & dismantling the trays. And leveling the trays.
