It gives us immense pleasure to welcome you to our organization. With reference to your
application and subsequent interview, we are delighted to appoint you as a Bedside Attendant.
Job Title : Bedside Care Giver
Department : Nursing
Type : Full Time
CTC : Refer to Annexure: -1 for Salary details
Accommodation : Will be provided to Employee as per company policy.
Joining Date : 21/05/2025
Your actual start date may vary and will be advised by your HR
representative post the successful processing of documents.
You will be in the Training Period for 10 days which will be unpaid.
Probation : 6 (six) months, during which the Employee’s employment may be
terminated without notice by the Employee or the Employer. The
probation period can be further extended by 6 months subject to the
Employee’s performance. After successful completion of the probation
period, he/she will be entitled to the provident fund.
Place of Work : 2050 Healthcare, Ranchi, Jharkhand or at such other location in India as
notified to the Employee from time to time.
Annual Leave : Credited/accrued as per the company policy. Kindly note that any leave
taken during probation will be unpaid leave.
Health Insurance : For self, as per Company Policy
Life Insurance : For self, as per Company Policy
Contract & Notice Period : By signing the agreement, the employee is bound to serve at least 03
months for the company and should provide 30 days’ notice period from
the day next to resignation or salary in lieu thereof.

Resignation & Termination : The company shall be at liberty at any time by notice in writing
summarily terminate the service of the employee if: -
a) She/he is guilty of misconduct;
b) She/he is negligent in the discharge of her /his duties; or
c) Being absent or being unable to perform her/his duties and
alleging ill-health as the cause thereof, she/he shall refuse to
medical practitioner nominated by the company to examine
her/him or shall fail to give to such medical practitioner the
information necessary to report upon her/his state of health.
Upon resignation or termination of service, you shall deliver to
the person in charge all documents in your possession that
belong to the company.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby declared that the
property and all such documents used in the course of your work
belong to the company.
The employment is confirmed only after satisfactory completion of the Probation Period.
You will not be permitted to work anywhere else on a part-time/full-time basis or seek any other
employment, so long as you remain an employee of the organization. You will abide by all the rules
and regulations of the Organization, which may be modified /changed by the Management from time
to time.
