JOB OFFER’S BRIEF DETAILS:
· Position: Operation Manager
· Employer: Belco Contracting L.L.C
· Location: Dubai / UAE
· Contract Duration: 2 Years (Renewable based on performance and mutual agreement)
· Joining Date: Subject to Visa Processing, will be shared after Employment Visa Approval.
Terms & Conditions of Employment:
1. Compensation & Benefits:
✅ Basic Salary: AED 22500 per month (as per agreed terms, in-hand salary)
✅ Additional Benefits Provided by Employer:
Ø Free Accommodation: (Shared/Private as per company policy / job profile)
Ø Free Food: (Company-provided meals or food allowance)
Ø Free Transportation: (To and from worksite/accommodation)
Ø Health Insurance: (As per UAE Labour law)
Ø Overtime Pay: (As per UAE Labour regulations)
Ø Annual Leave: 30 days per year* (After 1 year of service)
Ø Flight Tickets: One return ticket per year to home country (After 1 year of service)

2. Employment Visa & Contract Details:
✅ Visa Type: Employment Visa (Residency Visa – 2 Years)
✅ Sponsorship: Fully handled by the employer
✅ Probation Period: 2-3 Months (Performance review)
✅ Passport Submission: Original passport will be held by the employer until joining process is completed in
Dubai (a copy will be provided to you).
3. Joining Formalities (Documents Required):
To process your employment visa, please submit the following documents immediately:
- Passport copy (minimum 6 months validity)
- Updated CV
- Educational certificates (attested if required)
- Experience certificates from previous employers
- Passport-size photographs (white background)
- Any other relevant certifications
4. Notice Period & Termination:
✅ **Notice Period: 30-60 days (as per company policy)
✅ **Resignation/Termination: Subject to UAE Labour law
✅ **End-of-Service Benefits (Gratuity): As per UAE Labour law
5. Other Important Conditions:
✅ Working Hours: 8-10 hours/day, 5/6 days a week** (As per UAE Labour law)
✅ Company Policies: You must comply with the employer’s code of conduct and safety regulations.
✅ Medical Test: Mandatory for visa processing.
