FTRE Terms & Conditions

Note 1 : Cash scholarships, fee waivers for FIITJEE program & hostel fee waivers will be decided on the basis of performance in written tests and also an interview
for top 50 candidates to decide the final scholarship in top 50. All candidates will have to perform well in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & I.Q. and
clear individual subject cut-offs to be eligible. In case less than 500 students score above the minimum eligibility marks, then the number of students
eligible for cash prizes will be altered respectively.

Note 2 : The final discretion of award of cash scholarships, fee waivers for FIITJEE program & hostel fee waivers in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this
decision will be final and binding on the candidate.

Note 3 : To get the cash�

Note 4 : Total cash scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed from July, 2008 to April, 2009.

Note 5 : Minimum attendance of 90% and relative good performance in phase tests during the course will be a criterion for eligibility for continuity of reimbursement
of quarterly cash scholarship. The final discretion in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate.

Note 6 : Cash scholarships will be paid to students through a crossed cheque and shall be in favour of the student only.

Note 7 : Fee waivers for FIITJEE program & hostel fee waivers are valid for One Year Extended Classroom Program for IIT-JEE, 2009 only.

Note 8 : Hostel fee waivers are valid only for FIITJEE’s associate hostels / lodging and boarding facilities made available through FIITJEE, subject to the student
joining that particular hostel and availability of seats. The waiver will be given monthly between July, 2008 to April, 2009 and only for the duration of
classroom / contact program. The hostel fee waivers will be paid directly to the hostel owner by FIITJEE.

Note 9 : Hostel fee waiver is for accommodation only. Food, transportation & other self expenses are to be borne by the students.

Note 10 : The registered office of FIITJEE Limited is at New Delhi. In case of any dispute, students / parents are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of appropriate
courts in Delhi / New Delhi only. All disputes shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The decision of the
arbitrator shall be final & binding. The arbitrator so appointed shall not be incapacitated for reasons of their being the employee of FIITJEE Ltd. or its sister
concern, and for reasons of having any prior linkage with the company. The seat of arbitration will be Delhi. All the parties - student / parents / guardian &
FIITJEE agree that they shall not commence or maintain any action in a court of law relating to FTRE, subsequent enrolment & studies at FIITJEE except
